Absolutely fabulous! I went to the big stores of Lowe's and Home Depot, along with some smaller, independent carpet/flooring stores and no one could match the service and selection at Carpet for Less. They allow you to take whatever samples you want home, at no charge, the honor system and then when you decide what carpet you want, they come out to measure, at no charge. It took me a while to determine the best carpet for my two rooms and they were very patient with me. They use their own installers and the installation was done beautifully. A big plus to this carpet store is that the price they quote you per square foot includes everything (old carpet removal, an excellent pad, furniture moving and installation.) The price per square foot ranges from $3.50 to $5.75 depending on what type you want. It was so nice to know the price right up front and not be piece-mealed the price for every item. Best of all, no payment was required until it was installed and I was satisfied. Now that is the way to run a business! I had about 390 square feet of top grade nylon carpet installed for $2,100. Best carpet I have ever owned. I plan to go back any buy more for my next room update. Thank you Carpet for Less!

Great customer service and a very knowledgeable owner about all types of floor covering.

Overall this was a great experience. The installers worked diligently to complete the job. Carpet looks fantastic. I am extremely happy with the job. I highly recommend Carpets for Less.

We picked out carpet for family room and tile for kitchen backsplash and bath room walls. They were installed in a timely manner and the work looks very good on completion. Would use the again. The owner also was very helpful in picking the correct tiles and sending us to other places to see more of an option for tile.

They were very good and came right on time. I will use them again in the future.

I thought the experience was fine. I wouldn't overwhelmingly endorse them and I wouldn't give them a negative feedback either. They did a competent job. We've decided to completely not even do carpet because we are going with flooring.

I've used them several times in the past for projects. It's the only place I'd go in St Louis for this kind of work. What stands out about the company is that they are local and the owner is on hand in the store.

I like the carpet very much. I don't remember what they charged me for their services. That was the first time I had ever used them. They have a very large selection and I think their prices are quite compatible. They were fast. I didn't have to wait a long time to have the work done. They were able to tear the old carpet out and install the new one all in one day. They hauled away the old carpet. The cleanup was fine. They removed the furniture so I didn't have to do any of that. They did fine. I believe there were 3 guys that did the work.

We are going to use them after the holidays. We decided on them because they have a good reputation and they had the best price.

It went fine. They came when they were supposed to, and did what they were supposed to do. I chose them because I heard from other people that the price was good. They had a good selection and were relatively convenient for me. I am not using them anymore because I found someone else that comes and brings samples to the house. They were reliable.

I went into the showroom and talked with the sales team; they were very helpful and nice. Everything turned out really well. They were pleasant and the price was reasonable.

It went very good. They did an excellent job. There were two young guys that came and did it, they were very polite and cleaned up everything. The work was great quality. I got four quotes and theirs was the best. When I walked into their shop they were very low key and they didn't push me or bother me with sales talk. They were there when I needed questions answered and it was a pleasant experience.

When I decided to re-do the floors in my condo, I got three bids. The estimate I got from Carpet for Less was competitive with that of the other companies. I chose Carpet for Less because they installed carpet for me in 1996 and did a good job at that time. Once I accepted the bid, Mr. Garcia was able to schedule the work within three weeks. The work took three days to complete. Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. Best of all, my floors look great!

Carpets for Less was willing to work around our schedule, and they were knowledgeable and courteous and finished the work beautifully within the time frame they estimated. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs new carpet installed. They're reasonable, fast, and they get it right the first time.

THE SALES REP WAS CHARMING AND ACCESSIBLE. HE REALLY KNEW HIS STUFF AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. WE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT THE FUMES THAT ESCAPE FROM CARPET, AND HE DIRECTED US TO A DISPLAY OF CARPET THAT IS MADE USING A NEW TECHNOLOGY. DUPONT HAS ACTUALLY WON AN ENVIRONMENTAL ''GREEN'' AWARD FOR THIS TECHNIQUE. TAKING MULTIPLE SAMPLES HOME WAS NOT A PROBLEM; THEY SIMPLY TRUSTED THAT WE WOULD RETURN WITH THEM. ONCE WE PICKED OUR CHOICE, THE INSTALLATION TOOK PLACE WITHIN A MATTER OF WEEKS. THE DAY-AND-A-HALF JOB WAS REDUCED WHEN THE WORKERS CHOSE TO STAY LATER TO GET THE JOB DONE IN ONE DAY.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF INSTALLING MY CARPET, CONSIDERING I DIDN'T HAVE MUCH TIME BEFORE I MOVED IN. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND WORKED ME INTO THEIR SCHEDULE. THEY'RE ALSO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ANY KIND OF FLOORING. A YEAR LATER, THEY DID MY KITCHEN & BATHROOM FLOORS AND AGAIN, AN EXCELLENT JOB, ON TIME AND VERY EFFICIENT.

PRICE WAS AS QUOTED, THE MATERIAL WAS MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, AND WORKMANSHIP OF THE INSTALLER WAS OUTSTANDING.
