+ -1 moreAfter removing the tree, they never came back to grind the stumps even though they had been paid in full by my 80 year old mother-in-law. We called several times, had been promised that they would come once they got "a part" for the grinder, and waited all summer. We went through BBB and even they couldn't get Cardinal to come out and finish the job. We finally had to hire someone else to come and do it.
Description of Work: They came out and removed a tree at a fair price. That was done in an acceptable fashion. They were also to remove four stumps, which was not done.

+ -1 moreI have been trying to get them to come out and service the estimate they gave us for 2 weeks now. They were originally set to come out around July 5th, but massive storms made them reschedule. They scheduled for July 9th, which was my father's memorial, I left the money for them and expected them to show and complete the job. They were a no call no show and we were unable to get a hold of them for over a week. When we got finally got in touch with them, they assumed we went with another service, which was not true. We again rescheduled for July 18th, once again, they have not showed up or called us. Very disappointed with their professionalism.
Description of Work: Had them come out to my father's estate and give an estimate on a couple of tree's that needed trimmed ($115.00 estimate).
