+ -1 moreThis company purchased City Alarm which has been my mother's alarm system provider and monitoring service for many years. Contacted them for a quote to install a 2-4 camera surveillance system with DVR. We discussed a variety of options and our representative was happy to educate me and offer her recommendations. She emailed a quote and spec sheets for the system we settled upon. I believe the pricing was reasonable, but we're not sure we want to go forward.
Description of Work: Promptly received a quote and specs for a system to be installed at my mother's house. We had no idea what kind of pricing to expect and decided to table this project for now.

+ -1 moreThey are a local company that does a very good job. I pay them monthly and they are also the ones who installed the system. They are knowledgeable and reliable as well. If they ever make a mistake with anything, which is rare, they fix it quickly. They are a great company to do business with and I would recommend them to other people any time.
Description of Work: They monitor the security alarm system in my 2400 square foot home.

+ -1 moreTHEY INSTALLED THE SYSTEM BEFORE I BOUGHT THE BUILDING. I HAVE FIRE AND BURGLAR SYSTEM IN MY PLAN. THE SYSTEM IS OLDER AND I HAVE BEEN HAVING SOME PROBLEMS WITH IT. TERRY IS THE SALES MANAGER WHO I WORK WITH WHEN I HAVE ISSUES. HE IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND TRIES TO HELP ME THROUGH THE PROBLEMS. HE IS GREAT. OVERALL AS A COMPANY, I HAVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH AN ADDRESS CHANGE TO MY BUILDING AND BILLING. TERRY CAME THROUGH AGAIN TO HELP ME OUT ON THE BILLING ISSUE.
Description of Work: USE THEM FOR ALARM SYSTEM IN A COMMERCIAL OFFICE WAREHOUSE BUILDING. PRICE IS QUARTERLY.
