BUILDER'S MARBLE & GRANITE

I got confused with this company and am very unhappy when they gave me a bid, upped it $1000, and then wouldn t return my calls. Ken came out and measured job. He gave us a price quote of about $2700 and stated there would be a 3 week wait time for the product. He told me to call him when our vanities came in, and we were ready for a final measurement. When the vanities came in, I called, and Joe came out for the final measurement. The bid went up $1000! I couldn t believe it and left a message on Ken s voice mail to ask what happened. He didn t return my phone call. I called the next day (giving him time to return my call) and left another message. He did not return my second call. I got it clear that they didn t want to do the work, and they weren t going to return my calls AFTER I had chosen floor ceramic knowing I would now do marble. We were now in a pickle since we had already made the other decisions, and we had decided on the marble. I was left hanging.
