Work was done professionally and as agreed. Ran into a couple surprises (ie unexpected water damage ) which was addressed and fixed by the company. The kitchen looks and functions great. Would certainly hire again.

Fred and his team did a great job. They are a turnkey contractor that take responsibility for all aspects of the kitchen project. They were creative, professional, timely, detailed and made a difficult project a little less painful. There were a few surprises along the way (ie hidden water damage uncovered), and they were able to handle this issue, including coordination with insurance, without disrupting the schedule. I would highly recommend.

Very easy process. Came out and gave an estimate and set up a date for installation. Came on the day and time and was done in less than an hour.

They came on time. People told us that having your kitchen redone is a nightmare, but that actually was not for us although it took seven weeks.

Generally good, but with some minor design and schedule issues.

We did not use this company because of lack of professionalism.

Bueler did a superb job on our kitchen remodel, their work was of high quality and the process was well staged for a speedy completion. While I believe we could have saved a few thousand dollars using a less professional service provider--an extra 2-3% of project cost is a small price to pay to work with a builder that HONORED EVERY SINGLE COMMITMENT--INCLUDING THE PROJECT SCHEDULE, that did a careful and professional job, and who uses direct employees (not contractors) for the primary carpentry and finish work who conducted themselves respectfully and appropriately while in our home.

Fred Bueler, the owner, was in constant contact with us, and Keith, his employee, did a wonderful job. Keith was exceptionally friendly, prompt and professional. Everyone Fred subcontracted also did a great job, and were just as professional as Fred. I think Fred runs a tight ship. :) Our end result was absolutely fabulous, and we would not hesitate to use Bueler, Inc. again, or recommend them to a friend.

This project went very smoothly. We were so pleased with the quality of work, professionalism, staff, budget adherence, etc. that Bueler, Inc. will be remodeling our kitchen, guest bedroom and adding on a hearth room addition to the house this summer.

I met with Mr. Bueler and discussed my ideas for the kitchen remodel. He took my ideas and drew up a plan. We made changes and he prepared a specific bid. He was VERY patient and helpful during this process. Once I signed a contract, he gave guidance and direction while I choose appliances, countertops, cabinets, backspash etc. He offered many good suggestions during this time. Once the materials began to arrive, he scheduled a start date. His workers were prompt, courteous and very tidy. He organized installations in order to limit the amount of time that I was unable to use my appliances, which was AWESOME. After the job was complete, I had an issue with one of the door pulls, and he very quickly ordered and installed a replacement. The entire experience was terrific and I LOVE my new kitchen.

They redid our entryway into our family room about 8 years ago. Most recently, two years ago, they redid our kitchen and remodeled our 1/2 bath that is right off the kitchen. This second job costed roughly between $3500-4000. Everything really looks nice. They clean every day after they leave. That was really nice, especially when they left on Friday for the weekend. They have really good suggestions. Something they do that is different: they send the owner out near the completion of the project, and he asked me, "Is this what you expected this to look like?" He also comes out periodically to check on the work. We like him, and all of his employees are very nice. There was one issue that I did have to address, and I felt like he really listened and was responsive to my comment.

Over all the project went very smoothly from start to finish. The remodel looks gorgeous and the craftsmanship is outstanding.

Projetc went well. Finished on time.

Fred came out to access the job promptly as usual. The materials arrived on schedule as did the workman. They were friendly, efficient, and completed the work when promised.

Good workers, good workmanship. Punctual and pleasant, reliable.

WE INTERVIEWED ABOUT FIVE CONTRACTORS / REMODELING COMPANIES FOR A MAJOR BASEMENT REMODELING JOB. BUELER INC WAS 'TIED FOR FIRST' FOR ME, BUT WE CHOSE THE OTHER COMPANY BECAUSE MY HUSBAND PREFERRED THEM (MAINLY DUE TO PRICE ESTIMATES.)

THE WORK DONE, AND THE WAY THE WORK WAS DONE, COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PROFESSIONAL. I WOULDN'T CHANGE ONE NAIL!
