Description of Work: We bought blinds for our master closet and shutters for our master bath. They looked nice. The shutters sagged and rubbed the window sill. We tried another provider which cost more for our master bed shutters. I called about the rubbing in the master bath. When the man came out he made comments to my wife that indicated he was offended we bought our other shutters from a different source. He also did not completely repair the scrubbing problem. It was a poor way to treat customers and certainly not a way to earn trust. No more for us from this company. Price was relatively good.

+ -1 moreI had a problem with them not returning my calls. They provided no feedback on the delay of my order. I left numerous messages and they never called me back. My item was delayed 3-4 weeks due to material shortage, but they never informed me of that. Their communication is horrible, but they do a good job, so I would be willing to give them another chance.
Description of Work: They installed a Roman shade on the sliding glass door.

+ -1 moreSee the above. Efficient, professional, most pleasant experience - all the people we dealt with with Budget Blinds were just great - the owner even came over to check out the work when it was complete. Great people to do business with.
Description of Work: We needed new blinds in kitchen, downstairs family room and living room after a home remodeling. My decorator recommended Budget Blinds. Their rep, Nichol Morrisey was at my home within a couple of days. She was so friendly, professional, efficient, and most helpful. It was fun having her over for the bid and I accepted it on the spot. She did all the measurements and also recommended a carpet cleaning company for some much needed work we were to have done (I will be sending a report on that company as well, they were great). The blinds came in very quickly and the man who hung them was tops! So fast and efficient - made the job seem effortless. Highly professional. We were so pleased with the result, we decided to do our entire sun-room (8 more windows) and the same report applies for that job. It transformed the room - our house looks so beautiful.
