 + -1 more.All projects have gone perfectly. The benefit of using Brandt Construction is you don't have to bird-dog anything. Brandt takes care of everything.
Description of Work: Chris Brandt is the charming very capable owner and operator of this construction remodeling company. We have used Brandt Construction Company for 25 years. Their work is always superlative and economical. They remodeled our kitchen, replaced our roof, added a new room adjacent to the kitchen and expanded our bathroom 4 fold into the back yard. It turns out the elegant bathroom they added is the conversation piece of our house. Brandt has done many many smaller projects in our home, always with outstanding results. Although this is a familly owned business, Chris will engage licensed professional electricians or plumbers when needed. Of course, that negotiation is all part of a Brandt contract. The customer never has to worry about anything. I have another major project in mind and there is no doubt I will just call Brandt for a cost estimate. Brandt estimates are always the best.
