+ -1 moreAFTER THREE DAYS THE ROOF BEGAN TO LEAK, THEY ONLY HAD THREE WORKERS, NONE OF WHICH SPOKE VERY MUCH ENGLISH AND THEY DROVE AN OLD BEAT UP TRUCK AND LEFT RUTS IN MY YARD. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE ROOF LEAKING, THE REPRESENTATIVE (JIM CHRISTENSEN) CAME OUT AND HE SENT THE SAME THREE GUYS OUT. THEN TWO DAYS PASSED AND THE ROOF LEAKED. MY SON CALLED THE WORKERS DIRECTLY AND HAD THEM COME BACK OUT THE CORRECT THE LEAK. THE ROOF IS STILL LEAKING. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND GET THE ROOF FIXED AGAIN, THE REPRESENTATIVE CALLED ME BACK AND SAID HE WOULD BE OUT TO CHECK THE ROOF AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM SINCE.
Description of Work: I MET WITH MY INSURANCE AGENT AND THE ESTIMATOR TO CHECK MY ROOF. I THEN ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT ON NOVEMBER 17 TO HAVE THE ROOF REPLACED.
