I Made an appointment two weeks ago by phone for 'first thing Monday morning' at my house. At 8:15 I called to make sure the appointment was still on, and was told he was on the way. Bobby (and son?) showed up 10 minutes later, and proceeded to install ceramic tint, after a brief discussion on which type and level (30%) of tint to install. The job was finished at around 10 AM and in my opinion was done very professionally. The back and one rear side window were done twice, because _they_ were not satisfied with the first outcome. I would recommend this company to anybody, for any car.

Two weeks ago I spoke to Bobby via cell phone and scheduled my car windows to be tinted at my house this morning at 8 AM. At 8:15 I called Bobby to find when he expected to arrive and he said he'd stopped by a dealer to work on a car and he'd be at my house in 15 minutes. At 8:35 I had decided to go to work, when he rang the doorbell. I told him I was leaving for work and I would've appreciated a call if he was going to be so late. He offered no apology and just told me how long I'd have to wait for another appointment. I said I'd call him later to make another appointment. As he was leaving I told him in fact I wouldn't call because he was 35 minutes late, offered no apology, and didn't even care. He said and quot;The window tinting takes 2 hours anywayand quot;, and I replied and quot;And I alotted 8-10 which is now 35 minutes laterand quot;. He shrugged, said and quot;Soand quot;, and drove away.
