Bob's Computer Services

I contacted Bob's Computer Services to have the power plug on my laptop replaced. I told him on a Saturday morning that I had the new part and needed it fixed within 4 days. He assured me there would be no problem. I told him that the old power plug still worked, but was unreliable, but I really needed my computer in 4 days for an international trip. I took the computer to his business, which was his messy house on Sat. morning. First he said it would be ready on Sunday, or Monday at the latest. On Sunday he said he could not find his soldering iron because he had just moved and it would be ready on Monday evening. Monday he did not return my phone calls. Tuesday afternoon he said it would be ready later on Tuesday. Tuesday evening he said it would be ready in a couple of hours, but that he did not put in the new part because he thought he had fixed the old part. Finally at 10 PM on Tuesday I went to his house to get my computer. The power plug did not work at all! I paid him $65 to completely break my computer. He did offer to try to fix it again free of charge, but I had had enough. The next day I bought a new laptop for my trip.
