I liked the fact that Mike was willing to provide a preliminary estimate via fax based on measurements I had given him. Mike is both the owner and installer, which I felt was good and bad. We ultimately decided to go with a larger company just because we felt that if we had problems, we would have a better chance of getting them resolved.
Description of Work: Measured and provided estimate on 2" faux wood custom blinds for 24 windows ($2700).
