 + -1 morehe had all sorts of excuses---going to the ball game, etc, and is just a man that does not stand behind his word even though he says he is a man of "integrity". I would never recommend him to anyone and yet he was given to me by a respected decorating company.
Description of Work: provider promised to deliver services of hanging 4 rolls of wallpaper and didn't show for three of the times and I cancelled him
