Excellent!! Bob called me promptly, gave me a fair and reasonable quote over the phone, and offered to come the same day to do the work. He and the gentleman helping him were prompt, courteous, respectful of my property, and very hard-working. They did an excellent job, and I could not be happier with the work that was done. I will not hesitate to hire Bob again should the need arise.

Very well. The crew showed up right on time, got the truck loaded quickly, drove it over to the new location, and unloaded. All professional and without a single glitch. They will definitely be my first choice next time I need to get anything moved!

The service was very confusing, he was to be here at 10:00 on Monday, no call, no show. I called him back on Tuesday said hed be here first thing in the morning, arrived at 2:00 that afternoon. He charged us $300.00 in cash, which he informed me of insisting paying in cash and never gave us a receipt.

Some woman left a very negative review on this site and she was absolutely WRONG! This job was done within 24 hours of request. The service was great, the price was fair, and the workers were AWESOME. Very quick work and even helped with a stake I couldn't get out of the ground. He pulled it right up. Also agreed to haul a bag of limbs and brush I had filled up. I would recommend Bob's Hauling with no reservations.

First of all, this guy took forever to get back to me on an estimate I asked for. Then he wanted to overcharge me some outrageous amount of money to haul a medium pile of trash. And I don’t just mean a little overcharge his quote was a huge rip off. Sad that he wants to take advantage of people like that. I found someone else to do it for 3x less of what he was asking. I then told him that he should not take advantage of people by overcharging them and charge appropriately for the job and he proceeded to argue with me through text. Very unprofessional and seemed like a hot head. I would not hire this guy. I finally just texted back best of luck and blocked his number.

Big Bob's Hauling is so good I joined Angie's list just to share my satisfaction with the rest of the world....well at least the St. Louis area. Today they gave me peace of mind after what turned out to be a big job. They are the best. I will never use anyone else. They also do work for Weekends Only so you know it's not just me. I love this company.

Weekends Only gave me Big Bob's card when I needed to have a floor sample delivered (they don't offer delivery on floor samples). I contacted them 1st by e-mail for an estimate and received a prompt reply. Once I purchased the furniture, I called and was able to schedule delivery for the next day. They were very polite and courteous and fast. I asked if they could move my existing couch to the basement and they did it for a nominal fee. I would highly recommend Big Bob's.

I had to hire a secondary company to move floor models from a furniture store (Weekends Only, South County), and they recommended Big Bob's Hauling. Bob and his partner were amazing. They delivered our furniture on New Year's Eve, the day after I called them to schedule! They were prompt and efficient, and careful with our things. They were great guys. I would highly recommend Big Bob's Hauling!!

They arrived on time and were very friendly. They were very careful not to damage the walls or the furniture. They were finished in about 30 minutes.

Went fine. Big Bob brought helpers and the three of them had to dismantle the fridge and haul it up back garden steps. Did it with no complaints.

Very well. First, a young man came in the morning to quote the job. He was friendly and very polite. He returned later in the day with 2 trucks and more men to do the job we discussed. All of the men were very nice and professional. They cleaned up the debris and also took some items from my garage, which were not part of the original quote. I thought that was very generous. Before leaving, they asked me to inspect the job to be sure I was satisfied. I was extremely happy with this company and the job they did. I most definitely would use this service again and recommend them to anyone.
