I called Bieg at 9am and described the problem to a very helpful woman, who was able to schedule a repair visit for a little later in the morning. The repairman arrived, listened carefully, and was able to do the repair in short order. He was also willing to answer relevant water heater questions for future reference. This was a small repair, but performed efficiently and with no suggestion that additional work was needed. Bieg will be my choice for future plumbing needs, and I will have no hesitation in recommending the company to others.

Nice that they offered emergency service, but the hourly rate was $136, so we decided to wait for someone else to come out the following day. If it has been a bigger issue, we may have considered hiring them despite the very high rate.

Overall it was a very good experience. This all occurred on a Saturday morning which made finding someone to perform the repair a challenge. I left messages with several shops and Bieg was the first one to respond in 10 minutes or less. The technician arrived within the hour and within another hour our hot water heater was working once again.

Wonderful people to work with - this is the second time I have had Bieg do plumbing work and they are responsive and go above and beyond - the service person who came to replace our water heater also replaced pipe to and from the water heater as it would not have been up to current codes to leave it as it was and just hook up a new water heater. That is not something I would have known to request.

Everything was as expected and as promised. Just what you want from a new contractor!

These guys are fabulous. I have used them several times. Their guys show up on time and are very, very nice and now exactly what to do! They are very well trained and have high levels of expertise. They will explain everything that needs to be done to you simply and completely. They clean up everything completely and have left the floor cleaner than it was in the beginning! They are the best!

They had to re-route the sanitary line from the kitchen to the sewer. I've used another plumbing company for most of our homeowner life in St. Louis, and I wasn't satisfied with the answers I was getting to the problem I was having. I got their information from Angie's List and I called him. He came out and he told me immediately that the smell was coming from kitchen waste rather than the sewer. He coordinated the project, he knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it, and he got all the work lined up to complete the project very efficiently.

We've used them for several things. They are expensive, but they are good. Their prices are high. They call and give you a window for when they will be here and they were pretty much on time.

I have used them on a few occasions and they are honest and very nice.

I was very satisfied. It was strictly an insurance job. He wasn't as patient and kind as he could have been. He did a very good job.

The copper isn't cheap, but the prices seemed fair. I have used them before, and I would recommend them. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. They explain what they are doing. They call to alert you that they are on their way. It is good customer service because they aren't wasting anyone's time.

It went like clockwork. I think the guy who did it was a subcontractor they'd given the job to. He did all the digging by himself, and everything went fine. At the end he re-seeded the area he'd dug, and covered it with straw.

Work was due to a sewer backup, covered by Ballwin taxes. Bieg is on the Ballwin list of approved contractors for this type work. I selected them from the list based on Angie's reports. Cost noted is my guess. They came on schedule and did the work without interrupting our life. They filled in and came back to add more dirt after a period of settling, put down seed and straw, and generally left the lawn in good shape.

We were very disappointed because we were leaving town the next day and that was the reason we called way ahead of time.

This company was fast, clean, had a good price, and the plumber was a very pleasant person.

Excellent, though a bit pricey. I called Bieg after trying to schedule 3 smaller (non-union) firms, who all failed to live up to their commitments. I had seen all the plumbers' work, including Bieg's, on large commercial jobs. I usually try to NOT use union contractors, but Bieg's work was impeccable, at the price quoted, and delivered as promised. I very highly recommend this family-run firm.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN, CURTIS, WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS ALSO VERY PROUD TO WORK FOR THE COMPANY AND OF THE CONTINUOUS TRAINING THE COMPANY PROVIDES.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I THINK THEIR PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE. THEY DID THE WORK RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

OTHER COMPANIES ALWAYS TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE FAUCET, BUT BIEG PLUMBING WAS ABLE FIX THE PROBLEM ON THE EXISTING FAUCET, WHICH MADE US VERY HAPPY. THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB!

THEY WERE ON TIME AND HAD THE BEST PRICE.

BIEG CAME AND WORKED WITH US AND WITH THE COUNTY (TO HAVE THE PROGRAM PAY FOR THE WORK). THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO AND DID ALL THEY COULD TO HELP US. WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
