Very well. A leaking faucet needed a new cartridge. The part was available on his van and was taken care of right away. He also showed me how to check other faucets for leaks and debris.

Dave was prompt, friendly, and punctual. The job was finished quickly and completely. I highly recommend Bieg plumbing and, in particular, Dave. I will be calling them again!

He did an excellent job, cleaned up afterward and was very professional explaining the whole situation. I will recommend and use him, again.

After inspecting the fixture, he informed me that he did not have the part. He convinced me that I could purchase the part myself, and install it while saving money in the process. I probably saved over $100. Part was available locally, and shower works great.

All four valves were leaking and had to be replaced. The plumber did a leak test after valve replacement to make sure everything was holding properly. He was very professional and thorough.

I was very happy with the replacement of my water heater from the initial call to the installation. Everything was done as I had been told, the personnel that dealt with me were professional and courteous, the quality of the work was great, and care was taken to not damage my house. I will use Bieg again for my next plumbing job.

He had a very difficult time removing the malfunctioning unit. But he got it off and installed the new unit. We can depend upon our plumber from Bieg, Jeff, because he is thorough and shows us how to save money. Moen for example did not charge us to replace the faucet. In addition, when he makes a repair the item remains repaired!

Work was done professionally and expeditiously. Everything was cleaned up after the plumber was done.

Slowly. 2 hours later the plumber had taken a worn washer from under sink and replaced said part. $230 later, we were told that they would have to come back because they didn't have our spray nozzle in stock. Simple trip to Home Depot right up the road was too much I guess. Basically the company can charge 1.5 percent extra for their stocked item. Cant do that if they buy it from store. I feel like i took my car to R.P.M. also right up the road so i could be taken advantage of like those mechanics do all the time.

Great! It was fixed and in working order. The plumber was very pleasant and professional. My basement is dry again.

Bieg Plumbing fixed the line in one day and repaired the grass that had to be removed, using seed and straw. In a few weeks, you could hardly tell that the ground had been disturbed. There was concern that they would have to dig up my concrete sidewalks, but they were able to make the repair around them. It was wonderful! The service men were out here early that morning and worked through the heat of the summer day. In spite of the heat (and it was a miserably hot day), they were very friendly and finished the job without having to come back. I would certainly hire Bieg Plumbing again.

Unsatisfactory. The Bieg plumber arrived without the part. Charged $133/hr and $50.00 for travel. Took 2 and 1/2 hours to validate defective gas valve on the tank that I had previously reported to Bieg was the problem in the initial telephone conversation. Further, the Bieg plumber wanted to make another trip, install a new valve, alter the vent system and add other components all at additional expense and not required by my county construction codes. The plumber did order the part for shipment to my home at an additional $26.00. When it arrived, I used another reasonably priced company to install the part.

Although the technician was very friendly and seems like a really good guy, I was completely misguided on the cost of this job. I received a quote previously from another company for $750 for sewer cleanout, and thought that was high. So, I contacted Bieg, they sent out their technician who scoped the situation and gave me a quote between $500 and $600. I said ok, I'll move ahead with your company. We then waited an hour for another guy to show up with equipment. When he showed up the vacuum equipment didn't work, so we waited another 45 min to an hour for him to drop off the vacuum and come back with...a shop vac. Finally they are able to suck up the debris, and clean up. The whole ordeal lasted 4 hrs (a little over an hour of which was actual labor, with an hour of loading and unloading), and I was charged just under $1000!! That was almost double my quote. I will never use this company again.

Awesome!!!!! We called around 2 or 3pm on a Friday before the Memorial Day 3 day weekend and they came out right away! The guy was nice, professional, and quick! It only took about an hour and we were all cleared up and the guy even showed my dad how to finish it up so he didn't have to stay and charge us for an extra hour. Great service and very thoughtful!

Did a great job. Had not expected to have all in insides replaced. Looked at the bill after he left and he did not give me the $25.00 off by using Angies List. I would be a good idea if plumber would use shoe covers. Had to clean my carpet in 2 places.

I have used this company before and was very pleased with their service Dave quickly fixed the problem without any difficulty.
