I was unable to control the temp in the apartment. The heat was either off or it would get so hot you would have to open the window. Finally the heat system stopped working all together. They brought in a electric space heater which drove up the cost of my electric bill(The heat was supposed to be included in the rent). During the summer of 2009 I asked repeatedly about when they would fix the heating system. I got no response. As cold weather began in the fall of 2009 they were still not responding to my request to get the heat system fixed. I moved out October 2009 and returned the keys to the office in Clayton. They refused to adjust the rent for my having to pay extra on my electric bill for heat that they were supposed to be providing. They are a rip off and you should avoid doing business with Bellington Reality

Bellington defaulted on the mortgage for our rental home. All attempts at contacting them were met with, "We don't know anything about this", and promises of return calls that went unanswered. I even hand-delivered a copy of the foreclosure notice to their office. Coming home to a notice posted on your door that the bank now owns your home and may institute eviction proceedings after ten business days is not a good thing to have happen. Bellington is still not returning calls. If they are still in business, do not do any business with this company.
