I went to the Beam Showroom after speaking with them on the phone. They were patient, gave a full demonstration of the different options and answered all my questions. Installation was very professional and quick. I would highly recommend them

Just a check out of the system - he seemed to be very knowledgable and thouugh. Found only a couple minor problems and even though my system is not a Beam (it is a Nu-Tone), he did not push to sell me something I didn't need.

They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up so well it was hard to tell they were ever there. They made sure everything was working and I understood how to operate my new vacuum.

The estimator was prompt and courteous. He checked the problemand recommended a fix that I was able to do myself . (replace the filter and exhaust pipe--simple stuff). he said that i might have a lifetime guarantee on my unit--I did--and the filter was free. Thank you.

They were very prompt & efficient. Luckily it was a minor problem but he checked over my whole system while he was there.
