Bath Fitter of St Louis

Travis was the installer. He was friendly and courteous. He explained all of the work he was going to do before he started. The finished product look great. He super nice to my 80 year old mother who sometimes got in his way while she was trying to watch what he was doing. He was also friendly to my two dogs. My whole Bath Fitter experience was great and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

The Bath Fitter tub is beautiful and durable. The installer was very professional and did great job on the installation. The salesman was very patient and helpful during the purchase. We are very happy with the entire experience.

We had bathfitter install a tub/walls in 2015. The experience was great. Fast forward to November 2022, while cleaning the tub I noticed a crack on the floor of the tub. I called bathfitters to find out if this was covered under the lifetime warranty. They had someone at my home within just a few hours! It was determined the person that installed it measured wrong, there was too much give and thats why it cracked. We set a time for the following week to have him come back to take the cracked one out, remeasure, bring a tub with him to see if it would fit, if not, they'd order the correct one. That would be 2 weeks. And they were ontime. Wanting to come out & install but I needed to reschedule twice. No fault of theirs that it took longer to get the new tub installed. I could not be happier. First install it always bothered me that there wasn't a trim piece along the bottom of the tub, just caulking. This installer said it didn't look right and added the trim. It looks amazing! This is by far the most professional company I've dealt with. Always friendly, never gave me a run around. I would not hesitate to recommend Bathfitters St Louis. And we plan on getting a grab bar added, and someday a walk in shower done. We will be calling Bathfitters to do the job.

Mike arrived at 8:40am and the plumber came around 11:00am to do his part, and the entire job was finished by 02:00pm. The job was to replace the vintage 1965 Right drain cement shower tub (as it was leaking), and add in an All Smooth White, Center Drain Shower Tub, with walls, a corner shower caddy and a Chrome Safety Arm Grip along with new Clear shower doors. We didn't feel we needed to replace the shower head or the water on/off fixture, so Bath-Fitters simply reinstalled. All was cleaned up like they were never there, and every one was totally great and quite accommodating. The only things that I did to prep was to move my car to the street, so Mike could use our garage for staging and setup, cover a bar area with plastic sheeting, as it was under the Shower and Drain area.... and that was it. It was a wonderful experience, as everyone put us at ease.

Bath tub looks great, fixtures are top quality and bath tub doors are great, Job comes with a guarantee. Ian was very professional, he did outstanding work. Overall is a Little expensive but worth it.

Went fine, other than the shower seat wasn't available during the initial installation, and would have to be installed later.

Gave them a "B" for overall because the first tub did not fit and we had to reschedule installation for a couple of weeks later. They did put a "rush" on the order and everything went well the second time. Thought they were a bit pricey, but better than reglazing.

Installer was on-time, professional and did a great job. The bath tub looks great, the fixtures are top quality Moen and comes with a lifetime guarantee.

They were very professional, they did great, timely work. They completed the work in 2 days and cleaned up after themselves and they were on time. The price was a little expensive but the convenience of it was worth it.

Boy I am glad I did .. They sent 3 guys and finished an awesome job in 7 hours .. But as things happen .. The tubs drain leaked the very next day ....all over the basement walls .. I was mad but called rep on Sunday and he said they would handle it no problem .. Well Monday morning 8 am they were at door to fix it and they did .. They made a mistake and owned up to it .. And when finding their mistake they found a mistake ( a leak) my other plumber had made installing faucet .. They fixed the other plumbers mistake for free and apologized for the mistake they made .. I thought at first I paid too much ... now I do not .. Quality people and products cost more than cheaper ones period .. USE THIS COMPANY !!

Bath Fitters sent a representative to meet with me on 7/12/2013. I received multiple verbal prices from the rep; however, I never received a written estimate. Additionally, as the price changed, so did the warranty. Although Bath Fitters touts a lifetime warranty, as the price changed, so did the warranty. The lowest price only included a 5 year warranty. A few months later I saw a promotion for this company on Angie’s List. I contacted the company to inquire about the promotion. I was told that since they already gave me a bid, I could not purchase and use the promotion on Angie’s List. I pointed out that I never received a written bid from the representative. I was then told that they would need to escalate my request to their corporate office. And if the corporate office agreed, they would allow me to use the coupon. I declined their offer and contacted other companies to obtain written bids. After completing my research, I utilized Modern Bath Solutions and received a lifetime warranty for the product that was installed. Better pricing and better warranty.

The project went very well. The job was completed in half a day. The tub looks great! The company was very easy to work with in planning around other renovations that were going on in my bathroom. Their technical advisers were quite willing to confer with my main contractor.

I don't recall the exact price, but it was reasonable. The interaction went very well. It was a very positive experience. The quality was good.

I got a bid from Bath Fitter. The salesman was prompt and professional. He clearly explained everything about the product and the process. I decided to go with Bath Fitter and the work will done in a couple of weeks.

The salesperson came out and helpedus pick out what we wanted and helped get the project financed very easy. the day of the install came and there was only one installer, he went over the specifics of the project, asked us questions and answered ours. He ws very professional and ws an absolute workhorse. I had come home from working all night and stayed up to supervise the install, I had every intention of not sleeping until 3-4 pm that day for work that evening, well the installer was go go go from the star and did not stop until the job was complete. He started at 8am and ws done and out of the house by 12 noon. I was shocked!!! It looked fabulos, he showed us the finished work, asnwered our questions and after cleaning up everything he left us with a new tub that did not leak, and look great.I actually look forward to showering daily w ithout fear of water ruining our subfloors or leaking to the basement. I can't belive how great it looks and most important my wife is happy as well. Thanks bath fitters, I highly reccomend them for any bath or shower project you may have. Total professionals and a great company.

They were great. We had looked at surrounds that were available at local hardware stores and found out that just the materials to get something that wasn't flimsy and didn't have significant seams were going to cost nearly as much as having one installed by a professional. I sent a message to Bath Fitters and a couple of other providers through Angie's List. They answered the message promptly and set up an appointment to look at what we needed done. They gave us an estimate and were able to install the next week. The installer arrived on time, was very professional, and the surround looks great - it's a single-and quot;seamlessand quot; piece around the wall, easy to clean and keep clean.

First bid was for the work we had done, plus some plumbing, a corner unit in the surround for shampoo, soap,et. , a new ceiling board in the shower/tub unit, and new faucets. The estimate was $4700.00. Out of the budget. A few weeks later the company called back with a special rate for the tub only, of just under $1200. When the second rep came out to take measurements again, we came to an agreement of $2400 for the tub and surround work only. We did the plumbing and faucets ourselves.

They were the best price I found. They had to come back a couple of times to fix things. The salesman told us a few things that wasn't true. All in all everything turned out well.

They do everything in one day. The last time they came out, they worked 7am-7pm. Everything is perfect. We couldn't be happier. They told us, after installing the new shower and tub, that our pipes are old and if they rust, we could call them and they'll come out and fix it so it doesn't void our warranty. Last week, the bathtub wouldn't drain and in less than 48 hours, they sent out a plumber to fix my pipes. He came out and redid it with pvc pipe and did it all for a reasonable estimate. He took out the iron and replaced it with pipe and was very informative. I'm so glad we told him to replace all the pipes. It looks as good today as the other did 8 yeas ago.

I got an estimate from them because I didn't want to bet my whole bathroom and that wouldn't be my first choice the kind of stuff they do but I did because I thought I might be able to save money and make the bathroom look a little better but it was more money than it would have been probably had I just got a contractor to come out and do it. The guy was really nice and very informative and that's not what I wanted to do. I didn't want to pay that much money for what they offered that's all.

Everything went well even better than expected.
