 + -1 moreGreat - they are quick to schedule work, efficient, prompt, clean, friendly and helpful. Once when work was covered by American Standard warranty, workman advised me to call American Standard to order parts myself, and showed me how to make simple repair myself. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Have used many times. Repaired faucets, replaced broken shower head, repaired leaky drain pipe.

 + -1 moreOVERALL, IT WAS FAIRLY SATISFACTORY. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER. HOWEVER, SINCE THE HOUSE IS OLD, THE PLUMBING WAS OLD, AND THEY DID NOT FIX IT COMPLETELY UNTIL THEY HAD COME TWICE.
Description of Work: WE HAD A CLOG IN OUR BATHROOM TUB DRAIN. THEY HAD TO REMOVE THE ACCESS PANEL FROM THE WALL TO GET INTO THE PLUMBING AREA. THEY HAD TO RESEAL WHERE THE PIPES WERE COMING TOGETHER, REMOVE THE CLOG, AND REPAIR THE SEAL.

water heater repair
 + -1 moreDave arrived on Thursday at the appointed time. He was friendly and courteous. He tested the water heater and found the problem in a short period of time. Dave had many elements in his truck, but none were for this type of water heater. He returned with the part as scheduled and fixed the water heater. The overall repair time was short, but we had to wait several days for the part. In the future, I will ask if the company has parts for the type of appliance I need repaired when making the service call.
Description of Work: Electric water heater was not working. On Thursday, Dave tested the water heater and found that the bottom element was not functioning. He didn't have the right part, so he ordered an element. On Monday, Dave returned with the correct element and repaired the water heater. Fortunately, we have 2 water heaters and were able to have hot water during this time.
