 + -1 moreI called and told them what had happened and the model and year of my car. They told me that if the crack was longer than a quarter they would be unable to repair it (this is the standard response I received from everyone I called that day) and would need to replace the windshield instead. They did have to replace it and my insurance covered half the cost of the replacement. They were very friendly and did quick work, the windshield was replaced in 25 minutes. My only complaint is that it's smoky inside the office where you wait.
Description of Work: A rock flew up and chipped my windshield. They replaced the windshield for me.
