Description of Work: Our contractor recommended Autco Home for appliances in our kitchen remodel. We visited their showroom as we were getting started shopping for our appliances. It was very helpful for us to see appliances on display. The sales associate was also very helpful, and I think they would have been competitive on cost. Ultimately, they had less selection in the price range we were interested in, so we shopped elsewhere for appliances but would have been happy to work with them.

Description of Work: I called Jean and scheduled an appointment to meet with her. She was very knowledgable and very friendly. Every time I emailed her, she responded right back. Her prices are awesome!! I did buy my dishwasher from her. It was delivered quickly and now I am just waiting for kitchen renodel to be ready to hook it up.

+ -1 moreEverything fits, everything looks good. When the granite company was here templating, they commented that the oven may not fit. I called Daron and he was here within 15 minutes.
Description of Work: My friend bought KitchenAid side-by-side oven, microwave and down draft cooktop.

+ -1 moreThey work on average to high-end appliances. They arranged for an appointment within two days and they came out to fix them. They ended up replacing the electronics on both of them. It wasn’t my imagination - the ovens were being really slow to heat. Once Bob got in here, he called Décor and spoke to them. He told me that they would come out and check, which was very nice. I didn’t expect that. I didn’t spend anything because the ovens were under warranty. I would rate them highly and would use them again.
Description of Work: I have two Décor in-wall ovens and I had problems with both of them. I called the company and they told me that the ovens are really slow on heating. So I called Bob Strate of AutcoHome to help me get them fixed.
