+ 0 moreHe was very cordial, very professional, he did a great job, it looks fantastic, and he did a great job of explaining what he was going to do upfront, and what the issues were that he was seeing.
Description of Work: We used August Contracting. We used him about a year and half ago. We got an outdoor carport, and they fixed some of the roofing on that structure, and installed an access panel door for our air conditioning unit.

+ -1 moreWe had a little bit of phone tag but after we called the second time he didn't return our call. We started to go with another company that was ore responsive, but when problems arose with them, we called Mr. Monhausen again and he returned our call, then was able to come to give the estimate. He seemed very knowledgeable, capable, and professional, so we'll consider him for future projects, although he also seems to be very busy.
Description of Work: He provided an estimate for installing a second floor dryer vent.

+ 4 moreEach time Don and his crew have done work on our home they have been extremely professional and the work has been completed in a timely manner. We couldn't be happier with the quality of his craftsmanship. He's been extremely honest and upfront with us each time he takes on a new project.
Description of Work: Don has done several projects on our historic south city home. He has built a room in our previously unfinished basement, added attic stairs in the second floor of our home, and installed custom-made crown moulding in our living room and dining room.
