Description of Work: Troubleshooting equipment to determine source of problem. Removed and replaced condensing unit. Charged and placed equipment into service.

+ -1 moreFINALLY. A RELIABLE COMPANY! I HAVE HAD MORE TROUBLE WITH COMPANIES NOT CALLING ME BACK, NOT SHOWING UP FOR APPOINTMENTS OR NOT CALLING WHEN THEY ARE LATE. THAT'S WHY I'M SO THANKFUL FOR ASHLEY BROTHERS. DENNIS IS ALMOST ALWAYS ON TIME BUT IF HE'S RUNNING A LITTLE LATE, HE ALWAYS CALLS. I'VE NEVER HAD TO WAIT VERY LONG. THEY ACTUALLY SCHEDULE A TIME WITH YOU, NOT A WINDOW OF 3-5 HOURS. BOBBIE, THE OFFICE PERSON HAS ALWAYS BEEN SUPER HELPFUL WHEN SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, EXPLAINING PROBLEMS, ETC. WHEN I CALL IN A PROBLEM, SHE CALLS DENNIS, AND HE CALLS ME BACK SHORTLY. HE SEEMS VERY HONEST TO ME, NOT TRYING TO SELL ME THINGS I DIDN'T NEED. HE SERVICED OUR ANCIENT FURNACE FOR YEARS UNTIL WE DECIDED TO REPLACE IT.
Description of Work: INSTALLED AMANA FURNACE, AND A-COIL. ALSO DOES MY ANNUAL MAINTENANCE.
