They do a good job. It was relatively inexpensive. The service was free. They're very thorough. Their prices are reasonable. The guy is very personable and very professional. I use him for termite inspection for my business. I will absolutely use them again.

It went Ok. They sprayed around. It found bugs in bathroom the next a couple days. They came back redone the bathroom. It was easy to schedule.

They showed up an hour early, looked like they just rolled out of bed. Had to remind them about the silver fish trap installation, and had to give them a ladder to use.

I purchased the "Big Deal" from Angie's List. The provider sprayed interior/exterior of home, but did not perform all services on the "Big Deal" which is why I gave him an overall rating of "C". The "Big Deal" included baiting of the attic for silverfish/roaches and spreading of granules around the perimeter of the home for ants. I asked about the attic and the provider said it was not needed because the spray around the baseboards should be enough. I didn't know about the granules not being spread until after he left. I also had to remind him about doing the Termite Inspection.

I purchased the big deal for the inspection. I had recently had some sewer work done and wanted to make sure that it had not resulted in unwanted guest. The individual who came out performed the inspection. It took around 15 minutes. I was generally pleased but wrote them down from A because I actually asked about getting some additional services. The individual never followed up so I cannot give them an A.

I had a good experience. They were very prompt and did a good job.

They showed up on time were very professional, the trouble started after. We waited a couple weeks still saw bugs daily. they were supposed to come back and respray for free. My wife played phone tag with the owner. He was supposed to come and spray on monday 11/18/13. No call and no show and as of today have heard nothing. They are not good at returning calls. I just killed another roach. I would not recommend. Now we will have to pay someone else to spray.

I had so many questions and he answered all of them. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, and I think he is very competitive and fair in his pricing. We had gotten upset on the timing, we thought he was going to be there at 12 and he actually came at 8 in the morning but that might just have been miscommunication.

This was our first use of this company. We know the owner from a previous pest control company. He was professional with them and continues to be really on top of his business with his own new company. He is completely up to date on EPA regulations and products and recommends the best sprays for our needs. He was prompt to the minute (we were first on his schedule that day). We have always trusted him for our bug and termite prevention and are confident he will continue to give us superior service. We recommend him highly.
