My husband was home when the plumber performed the work. Based on what he tells me, the gentleman did a great job and was extremely nice. From the initial contact through Angie's List messages, I was able to schedule for the following day. We just moved to St. Charles County and discovered the faucets connected to the washer hoses leaked pretty badly - enough where we had to turn them off between washes. Also, the master shower handle had a rotation of 180 degrees, and only the last 5-10 degrees was the hot water. The plumber was able to replace the valve which fixed the problem. He also made the water pipe less wobbly in the wall. He tightened the packings around the washer faucets, too. The only thing I didn't really like was the price of the new valve. Overall, though, we'd have this plumber back again and really liked the service he provided; very professional and courteous.

The installer was very professional and polite. Explained what the problem was with the tub and installed the disposal in a timely manner and explain that I would need to get an electrical installed so as to run the disposal. I would surly use this company in the future if the need arises.

Friendly, personable and punctual. Got to work quickly and made good use of his time. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

I called at noon, they were here before 3 and done in 30 minutes. Problem solved. I have used Aries three times previously since I bought my house 2 years ago. I wouldn't use any other plumbing company. These guys are very professional.

Everyone I spoke with at Aries was amazing. Ronda answered the phone. Swas polite, courteous and timely in returning my call. The service worker they deployed, Jim was outstanding. He was prompt, professional and courteous. We had several issues that need to be addressed and Jim was great about communicating. He updated us on how it was going, what our options were and an estimated cost for each scenario. We needed the work done on the same day we called Aries and they were able to provide us with same-day service. Jim had to check in with the office once he knew that it would take him awhile to repair our issues but we were fortunate that they were able to accommodate us. I also really liked that Jim reassured us that he would fix it right - when we asked him about different options (that he didn't suggest), he explained why the options weren't a good idea. And once he replaced our pipes, he was definitely right on target. Overall this was an outstanding experience - everyone was timely, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

We have used Aries and employee Jimmie before. He is excellent. Both thorough, quick, and neat. I use Aries because they have done the job right the first time. I trust them for complicated and simple plumbing jobs both. (More than I would a handyman).

The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 am. At 8:37 the plumber hadn't arrived so we were going to call to see why there was a delay. We saw missed calls. They told my wife they don't come to an appointment without a confirmation call the day of the appointment. Telling us that after the appointment is poor service. They said they would try to fit us in some time during the day. I would have given an F but they serviced us well one other time 2 years ago.

Very well. The crew was creative in updating the plumbing in a c.1960 house. Everyone was professional and good to work with.

While I was prepared to pay the cost of a complete new unit install (approx. $350 as quoted by them for a .5 HP unit plus instal), they determined that the problem was not my disposal, but rather my electrical (switch). So they replaced unit and did some minor modifications to make the existing unit work better when electrical gets fixed. So technically, the GD is not fixed, but they charged me a fraction of what I would have paid, and did not unnecessarily just give me a new unit. I feel that is ethical.

I called Aries and spoke to someone who was very empathetic to our situation; our only shower was suddenly unusable due to it leaking into our kitchen below. She arranged for someone to show up that same day by politely placing me on hold to coordinate the emergency appointment in real time. Jimmy showed up as promised and diagnosed the leak very quickly.

Stan was punctual and patient with a leak that was hard to locate... I definitely plan to use Aries Plumbing in the future to repair more of my plumbing woes... I bought a house from a "jack of all trades"...

I called Aries and they sent Jim the next day to put shut off valves on the bathroom plumbing. I am selling my house and I needed the work completed so I could pass inspections. He was great.

I will recommend them. They were pretty good about all that. They are older guys that come out and they have been around for a while. I think they are a little bit higher than the other plumbing company that I used. But it is a pretty much standard fee that you will expect from a plumber which is always going to be high.

They were running a special for commode so I used them.

Great. The repairmen were on time and courteous.

It went well. I had some follow-up that needed doing, and they sent someone out promptly to fix. I would use them again if needed. It was a positive experience.

Did a good job. Even cleaned the surrounding floor before he installed it.

From beginning to end, everyone at Aries was professional and courteous. The bid seemed low - so low i was a little skeptical! My neighbor is a master plumber and gave me a quote 3x more expensive. They assured me even if they did run into unforseen problems, the price wouldn't increase by much. They came out the next day and got the job done before i left for work in the morning! The office staff was very easy to work with and friendly. I can't say enough positive things about this company!

Vern (owner) came out on 1/27 to look over a list of fixes the home buyer wanted done. Vern sent me an estimate and the issues were discussed with the agent. It was decided that none of the issues would be fixed and a concession would be made to the selling price. There was another issue identified, so Vern came out again on 1/29 to look at the job. We wanted this job done ASAP an we have a closing date of 2/15. Vern said he could have a crew by the next day. The next day Vern's crew came by and broke up one concrete sidewalk slab, dug down until they reached the pipe to add the new pipe to the line for the Clean-ou/Vent. They ran the new pipe with a grate to sidewalk level along the garage. They backfilled the hole and repoured the concrete slab. I've used Aires many times with my home and rental properties and have always been more than satisfied. I've know Vern and his wife (LeOnna) for about 5 years and they will alway work with me. Vern is very knowledgeable about these old city houses.

The job was bigger than I had guessed but the plumber explained the needed repairs in detail and to my satisfaction. He completed the work very quickly and efficiently. He was a very professional licensed plumber and did the work to proper codes. I am very please with the result.

This is the second time I have used Aries Plumbing. I have been happy with their work both times. Dennis arrived on time. He ran a water line through a hole in cabinet base behind the dishwasher and out the side of cabinet. He installed a shut off valve below cold supply to kitchen faucet. I wanted to replace braided dishwasher hose, but the dishwasher access was below the floor so it couldn't be done without pulling the dishwasher. He left a new hose so that I would have it whenever I decided to have the dishwasher pulled out. He was professional and courteous.

This is the second time I've had work done by Aries Plumbing and I can't say enough good things about the service I've had. Both times, appointments were scheduled at a convenient time, Jimmie arrived on time and completed the jobs professionally and left with everything clean as could be. I recommend them to others and am so happy to have someone I can count on to do a great job.

We love Maplewood Plumbing but they were too booked up to come out they recommended Aries. Dennis from Aries was great. He really knew what he was doing.

The appointment was scheduled to meet the time and day I'd be in town. Jimmy was prompt, courteous, and efficient. My short list of chores was taken care of quickly and done well.

I had a clogged up toilet so I called Aries to take care of the problem. I had used them before so I thought it would be good to use them again since I was satisfied with the service (they installed two toilets for me). That night the toilet was stopped up again. So I called the guy with the cable back the next day. He came over, unclogged the toilet. He said that he told me that there would be a charge. What he said on the phone was there were no guarantees on toilets. I did not translate that into there would be another charge. Well, there was another $134.10 charge. It seems really unfair that the toilet was stopped up again that night. Also, while he was doing the job we talked about getting another toilet. I had the toilet installed about 3 or 4 years ago by Aries so I would have used them again. Well not now. I think they're competent and come rather quickly, but I really could not believe they would charge me again. By the way this was not Vernon the owner of Aries but they sent a cable man they use for clogged toilets.
