Took care of my problem, cleaned up great and came out quick. Would use Aries again when I have plumbing problems.

Fabulous service! I'm out of state, and the service was for my rental house. LeOnna completely understand the problem when I described it to her. She was able to give me a fair quote over the phone. I wasn't sure if the main shut off was accessible for outside. LeOnna called me back later that day to let me know that she had one of the plumbers stop by and it was accessible. I was very impressed that they would go the extra mile! I will absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Aries (and specifically their estimator Vernon) were by far the worst plumbing company of the 6-8 ive had come to give bids on replacing a water service line on a building we're rehabbing in the city.? first, while other plumbers were able to give bids without me having to be present, Aries would not come out to bid it unless i was present, which meant i had to take off work.? second, after i took off work Vernon was 30 minutes late. when he finally arrived, he immediately tried to tell me there was a $2,000 difference between 1" service and 1.5" service (there isnt; the price is negligble) and tried to tell me that a 1.5" line could not be used for an entire 4 family building (it can, i called ahead to the stl city plumbing division, as well as every other plumber i spoke with).? vernon was not knowledgable of city code and seemed to want to inflate the cost of the repair immensley. unprofessionalism was abundant from start to finish during my short experience with aries plumbing, and i will be ruling them off the contact list for any future bidsA

Plumber admitted he'd never drained and checked a water heater before. It took him five hours. He didn't seem to know how to drain them properly and didn't check the anode rods.

I met the Master Plumber at my property to get an estimate. As soon as I got there he made a negative comment about my front porch. He is not there to fix the porch...he is there to estimate the plumbing. It wasn't professional and what business it of his that my porch isn't to his liking? He did look at the job in the apartment units and then we went down to the basement. While we were in the basement, he made a comment about something not being able to pass occupancy inspection. He isn't the building inspector! Nor was the item he commented on related to why he was at the property. He told me he thought I should replace all the lines that they were undersized on the problem side. We went to the other side of the property, which had the same size water lines as the problem side. That side of the property has no issue...but the lines are the same? After I directed his attention to the other side's lines, he said it could also be that lines on the problem side had build up. He said there was no remedy to remove he build up that I had to replace the lines. I have used Aires Plumbing for several years and had a lot of positive experiences with the service technicians. But this master plumber was very condescending and rude. I won't use Aires again because of this experience and I won't recommend them either.

They had to dig up our yard and put in a new drainage line. They have always worked very efficiently, are professional, they clean up, and I call them for whatever I can. I have always been happy with their workmanship and their pricing. They are very reasonable and very well done.

In early February Jimmy from Aries Plumbing replaced an old toilet with a Toto Drake toilet. He arrived on time, was very professional and cleaned the area and left no mess. It went so well that on March 4 we had Aries Plumbing come and do the same job on another toilet. This time it was Mike who did the job and he, too, did a great job. Both men were very knowledgeable and did excellent work. I have used Aries for the past two or three years when we had plumbing problems. I used Angie's List and after reading other reviews we called them. We are very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to use them for future plumbing needs.

UPDATE: About 10 days after the repairs were finished, the president of the company called me, said he saw that we had been double-billed, apologized for that and sent a refund for the follow-up visit. Great conversation, very friendly folks and as I say below, the final work was perfect. Thanks Aries! ------- I know just enough about plumbing to know what I can and cannot fix. When our Delta shower faucet starting acting up, I was 99% sure the cartridge needed replacing, and was 100% sure I'd break something (again) if I tried it myself. Based on Angie's List recommendations, I called Aries. Very responsive, quick service, very professional on phone. One of their plumbers came out, determined it wasn't the cartridge, but washers that needed replacing - about $140 for the service. Seemed a bit ritzy, but it was fixed, so fine. Plumber was professional, friendly, etc. Repair lasted two days before faucet started malfunctioning again. A couple days later, I called Aries, expecting they would send someone to fix the now unfixed problem on the same ticket. Different plumber came out two days later, determined faucet problem was in fact a bad cartridge, and replaced it quickly and professionally, no problems at all since then. Originally we were double-billed for the repair jobs but that has since been remedied.

Great service, experienced technicians that know how to do things right the first time. This is our second time using Aries and we were very pleased both times. Aries knows what they are doing can get the job done a lot faster and save you $$. Will definitely use for any future plumbing needs.

I called about a slow kitchen sink drain and then the next day started getting leaks in the basement under the dishwasher. Mike came on time, made sure he understood what I've seen happening with the leaks under the dishwasher. He explained that the slow drain caused the dishwasher not to drain properly and so water was dripping out from the d/w door ( I keep it ajar an inch or two when not in use). He cabled the kitchen drain from the basement access and now the kitchen sink drains faster than it has since I bought the house 2 years ago. Same great service I get from Aries every time.

Since the problem kept us from using our washing machine after we had just moved into our new house, we were desperate to get someone out ASAP. They scheduled the service for the day after we called, which was good enough in itself, but promised to put us on the waiting list for same-day service in case they had any cancellations. They ended up being able to get out that same day, which was incredible. Jim fixed the problem very quickly, and the price was reasonable, especially considering that the washing machine was back up and running within an hour or so. We trusted the earlier reviews on Angie's list and were very glad we did!

Arrived as scheduled. Did excellent job. Was cautious to not break older pipe coming into the house through the concrete basement wall.

Very professional, hard working crew. Kept everything clean and provided updates throughout the day each day of the work.

Aries Plumbing, Inc., contacted me after I asked Angie's List for a Plumbing Co name. I spoke with their representative "Rhonda", explained what I wanted to do and basically said "Help me Rhonda", just like the "Beachboys" use to sing. Rhonda took over and within a week sent Mike, their plumber, who is very professional and had the job complete in a couple of hours. This was my first experience with Angie's List and I am very pleased with this Company and their people. Both Rhonda and Mike were a pleasure to do business with. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Told me they only do quotes Monday to Thursday, this was not helpful.

This is the most professional plumbing service I've found in many years. The owner, Vern, comes out and does the estimates and manages the team. His wife manages the office, which means that she's actually available, understands the work, and connected to Vern. They are a very responsive and responsible team. Locating the leak in the water line took diligence and some ingenuity but their team applied both well. Vern's idea to address my concerns about a back-up sump pump were better than what his competition proposed. It's a great peace of mind to know that I've got a solid plumber on whom I can rely.
