I was very pleased with the services provided by Aries Plumbing. I had never heard of Aries Plumbing prior to using Angie's List, and selected them based on the large number of high scoring customer reports. This included several reports from an area within a few miles of my house. Belinda was very helpful in scheduling this non-emergency service for the next day and was very willing to answer my questions regarding the services needed. Tony, who performed the plumbing services on site, was very professional and courteous. In addition to calling me 20 plus minutes prior to arriving, he too was willing to answer my questions and provided recommendations for follow-up actions based on his findings during the service call. The services were completed within 40 to 50 minutes. Regarding costs, I found the amount charged by Aries Plumbing (which included a 10% off coupon for Angie's List members) to be significantly lower than the amount I paid a different service provider for basically the same services the last time they were required. Overall, I had a very good experience with Aries Plumbing.

They were supposed to order a part to fix a leak in our upstairs tub. We called them back last month because we never heard from them and they said they forgot about the part. My husband called them back today and they told him to get someone else as they don't normally deal in kohler parts replacement. We were told originally we would not have to pay another service call fee when they came back to replace the part.

Repairs were finished on time; cleanup was thorough, and yard was reseeded. Excellent services provided This was not an emergency repair; therefore, it took several weeks to schedule and do repairs

Aries was very responsive and the plumber who worked on our project could not have been nicer. We had one slight miscommunication and they quickly came back and resolved the issue. Very happy with their work.

The technician, while installing the new water heater, damaged a tile in my rec room. I brought it to the attention of Aries and they paid for the tile repair after a short discussion. Congrats to Aries for quick, friendly, and efficient service as well as making good on my damaged floor. I will certainly call them again.

Excellent service. After I described the problem they gave me an approximate price quote over the phone. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and called again on the day of to let me know they were on the way to my house. Jimmy arrived on time and quickly determined the problem. He explained what he needed to do and gave me a price. He got it all done very quickly and cleaned up everything. He even gave me the Angie's List discount before I could even mention it. I will definitely call them again if I need a plumber.

If they won't return a call to look at the project, I doubt that they will finish the project.

They were great. I called them and they sent somebody out within an hour and a half. I used the same person twice and his name was Josh. He was really good. I paid $178 for the first time and the second time, it was $126. When I called, they were very pleasant over the phone. They said they would have somebody call me right away and they did. The guy called and told that he would be here within 30 minutes. He was there exactly when he said. He came out and on the first job, he worked on it. My grandson put the toy in the stool, so he worked and worked until he had to actually remove the stool to get it. When he did that, he totally cleaned everything and he did a really nice job. He cleaned out the cabinets after he finished working in the kitchen. He asked me for the spray to wipe it all down the floor and the front. I was just impressed with the way that he responded. He was prompt for the work he did. I thought it was fairly priced and the clean up was very nice. I would definitely call them again. The price was great. Their quality and the responsiveness were absolutely the best because I have had some really bad experience, so they were really good. The person who came out was very good and also the one I spoke to.

During our kitchen remodel we replaced our countertops, sinks and faucets. When countertops were installed, the installers were unable to reconnect plumbing so I had to call a plumber that day to make an appointment. After reviewing Angies List, I decided to contact Aries Plumbing. The lady on the phone was very nice and professional. She expressed her regrets that none of their plumbers were available that day but that she would put me on the stand-by list. Due primarily to my schedule, we were not able to work out a time for a little over a week, but I decided that based on reviews and the non-emergency nature of this work I would wait. Mitch, the plumber, arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional throughout. I could not have asked for someone who was a better fit for our job. Whenever there was a complication, he always explained the situation very carefully, provided options and asked for my approval. Due the to difference in depth between the old sink and the new one, the garbage disposal was a very tight fit, but Mitch made it work without having to move plumbing or electrical. Overall, this was a great experience. I would use them again.

Aries plumbing employees were extremely courteous professional and wonderful to work with . The cost was very reasonable

I originally called Aries to have a sump pump installed in an existing pit, and to have an old water softener disconnected. Mitch showed up within the promised window of time, and was professional and personable throughout the entire service call. He had the water softener disconnected in a short amount of time and cleaned up the maze of corroded copper piping that was feeding it. It turns out that the grading in my yard would require the sump pump to eject significantly further from the house than I was anticipating and I didn't have the extra expense in my budget, so I chose to put that project on hold for a while. Since we didn't do the pump installation, I asked Mitch to help me locate a minor leak that I had planned to chase down over the weekend, and he was able to find it quickly and with much less damage to the walls than I would have made had I proceeded on my own. Aries will absolutely be my first and only call the next time I need any plumbing work completed.

This is the 2nd city rehab, that I've uses Aries. Vern Holiday (owner) met with me. Bid the job at 3,975. I thought he was a little high and got a second bid. Vern came in lower and I know they do good work and are very easy to deal with. BeLinda in the office is great. I signed a contract on 5/21. They did the rough-in on 5/21. They did the finish work on 7/3.They were very flexible working with my time-line. Job included replacing all incoming water line, replacing all dtrains from basement floor up (tying in to the existing vent pipe, about halfway up inside the kitchen wall). They hooked up new waterheater, replaced fausets for tub, reseated the toilet, hooked up new bathroom sink, kitchen sink, disposal and dishwasher. I'm very please with them and will use them again.

He arrived after first calling to ensure we would be home. He performed the service (attempted to cable, then used his tools to fish out the stopper), and left. He was very nice and professional.

Exceptional service. estimate was less than the actual bill. Service was within 48 hours of the call. Called 40 minutes prior to arrival to say was on the way. Exceptional service. Very polite and professional. Excellent job.

I saw Aires' listing in the monthly publication. I called them this morning, and they said they'd add us to their schedule if they had any openings. They did have an opening and called us about a half an hour before Jimmy arrived. Jimmy was here for about an hour and was able to fix everything. We will certainly use him again in the future, if we need to.

I was able to schedule a plumber to come the next day. Jimmy was really nice and explained everything he was doing.

They were able to come right out and resolve the issue. They were nice to talk to on the phone, and showed up when they said they would. I was quite pleased with their service.

As it turned out, one of the toilets had a crack in its base which require me to have the toilet completely replaced. Aries replaced this toilet and secured the other two to the floor. Their service was punctual and professional. Would use them again.

Requested service as early as possible. I was notified soon after that a service techincian would be on the way. The technician arrived in the morning to check out the problem. He evaluated that the problem was in the drain pipe in the basement under the kitchen. The technician cabled the drain through a roof vent to avoid any mess in the finished basement. The job was done professionally and I was very satisfied.

called the office in morning and requested a plumber to open a clogged sewer drain backing up in our basement and outside basement door. Girl in office told me Tony would be there before noon and if he was delayed for any reason he would call. It started raining hard at about 10:30 am. At 2:30, still waiting for Tony, I called office again. Girl said he would be there soon and he would call to tell me when. At 5:00 pm called office again and left message, they were gone. At 7:00 pm Tony called and said he was 5 minutes away. He showed up and quickly went to work, crawling under my deck to get to the drain. He tried and tried and tried but could not get it open. I felt sorry for him because the ground was wet from the rain earlier, and he had to work crouching under the deck, in the dark for 3 hours. He finally called it a night and gave me another drain cleaners name and number that hopefully could clear it with a hydro flush.Otherwise I would have to get the yard dug up to get to the problem.Tony was very friendly, considerate and polite. Only problem is, there is a miscommunication somewhere between the office and the plumbers. Alas we were still "constipated when Tony left.

I will use Aries Plumbing in the future.

Our garbage disposal stopped working and we survived for a couple of weeks before finallly breaking down to get it fixed. Husband didn't want to attempt it so a professional was needed. We called on a Wednesday and they offered to come out over the next two days (we could decide which one) but there was no guarantee on time. Since we'd lived without it for two weeks I was willing to wait a few more days to get a more defined time so Monday after 12 was set. They even volunteered to call me at work when the repair person was enroute so I would miss less work. Received a confirmation call on Friday but I had already left work so I called them back on Monday morning to find out that they had a cancellation and might be able to get to me earlier. Again they said that they'd call when he go ready to go to my house which was really appreciated. I was away from my desk when they called but the repair man was waiting at my house when I arrived and was very pleasant. He checked out the disposal and got it running again but the blades were frozen so we decided to go ahead with the replacement. He was very quick and cleaned up afterward. Definitely made it a pleasant process.

Prior to calling anyone to service this unexpected plumbing problem, I researched many companies on Angie'sList. We were concerned about pricing & "hidden costs" of some of the plumbing companies. As a result, we chose Aries because of the many positive reviews about their quality of work and fair prices. Aries, by far, exceeded our expectations on both of these aspects. From the beginning our experience with Aries, specifically Mitch & Mitch (his son), was outstanding. They arrived promptly, provided a through inspection of the problems, and then worked with us to fix the problems. Mitch was honest, gave great common-sense advice, and really worked to keep the expenses down. We never felt pressure, nor did we feel stupid asking really basic plumbing questions. Mitch's patience, knowledge of the products, and ease to work with are unmatched. The price was extremely fair; in fact, we even asked, "is that it?" when we got the total bill for all of his hard work on our 15 year old shower. We will definitely use Aries, specifically, Mitch and Mitch, in the future--in fact, we have already recommended them to our parents (that's high praise :) and a neighbor. Unexpected plumbing problems are simply frightening, but this company made the entire experience extremely positive. When you call Aries, we would definitely encourage you to ask for Mitch & Mitch--these guys were great!

Very professional, arrived on time and did the work in a timely manner, I would use them again

The ladies who answered the phone at Aries are very friendly and pleasant to speak with. The owner Vernon Holliday came out for the estimate. He was professional and easy to talk to. The estimate was emailed the next day and was professional looking with a date of August 23, 2011. We did not accept his bid until October 28, 2011. We received three other bids from Angie's list providers whose bids were close to Aries, but chose Aries because of their professionalism. The job was completed in two days, November 3rd and 4th. While I expected some mess, I was surprised that debris went everywhere in the basement but the workers did a good job of cleaning up. The plumber Curt was very nice and calm and he and Tim (hope I got name right) were as neat as possible using our back door to come and go to the basement. Both were polite and answered my questions. After they finished, our camode was not flushing as well as before so I called Aries a day or so later. Jimmy came out Nov 18th to readjust it and it has worked well since. One note to those who would replace cast iron pipe with pvc or plastic pipe, prepare for loud sounding water flush. It seemed so loud (think jet plane in basement with big clunks and knocks) that I asked Jimmy about it and he said many people complain about the increased noise level. I waited until mid Feb 2012 to call Aries again to see if they could check again to see if something was wrong. I asked about cost and was told no charge that they wanted to help and considered this part of job. This time Mitch came out and I appreciated his efforts and am still considering his suggestion to wrap the main drain with sound insulation. I think the sound has quietened some since Feb and the clunks and thunks are seldom heard any more (and I still suspect there was some debris that was hung up in the pipes that has now moved on). We are happy not to worry about the old rusting main drain pipe leaking and about the flooding during clothes washing due to a clogging drain under floor. Thank you again, all Aries personnel!
