I will never consider another plumbing company! Not only do they provide quality plumbing work, but they are great people. I have used Aries Plumbing twice for fairly big jobs, and they always do exactly what they say they will do for the best price around. Recently, I used them to replace the copper water pipes that were stolen from my home three days before the closing to sell the property. They completely re-arranged their schedule, and worked, greater than 12 hours, to finish the work in one day so that we could still close on time. The girls in the office are wonderful and the communication could not be better. Keep up the great work Aries!!

They are very good a few years ago they replaced all of our pipes in the basement, and behind the tub and they did an excellent job!

After several days, and many requests asking a plumber to call me -to no avail, I have given up waiting for a call. Terrible customer service. Of all the plumbing companies out there, why would I hire Aries when they can’t even call a customer? Totally unprofessional. I have hired another company.

I am very satisfied; I'll be calling Aries plumbing again with any future plumbing issues. Mike called before he came, was able to quickly figure out what was wrong, and fixed my issues in a short amount of time.

Mike came out to the house on time and was able to spot the problem and fix it fast!! Showed me how to problem started and gave me advice to prevent this from happening again! Very knowledgable and will hire again with my future products!

Our restroom is back up and working perfectly. Some of the nicest people to deal with, that you could ask for. Jimmy, Mike and all the office staff are super and understanding. I just wish they had weekend service.

I found Aries Plumbing on Angie's list. The nice lady who took my call told me that she would have Jimmy the plumber call me when he finished the job he was on. She also reminded me to print out the Angie's list coupon which saved me 15% on the work. Jimmy called me within about an hour and was at my house 20 minutes later. He was very pleasant, efficient and had the work done quickly. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find someone to do this repair on the same day and never expected that it could be done within just a couple of hours of my placing the call! It really made my day.

Jimmy completed the repairs quickly and in a quality manner. I always like the friendly courteous plumbers that do the work. I have used Aries several times and have always been found their plumbers to be professional and extremely courteous!

The office team was amazing--very responsive and understanding. They had a great attitude and helped me throughout the process. The team working on the repairs were kind, prompt, professional and talented. No complaints. I would hire them again for any job.

They wanted us to stay home for a 5 hour window just to get an estimate. They came by 3.5 hours into that window. Husband was in back yard and now they want to reschedule another huge window. Not worth it. Try a place that can give you a real time to meet. Our time is worth more than that.

The plumber showed up the same day, which was very much appreciated. However, he did not like how our contractor set up our shower and did not want to fix our drain in the manner we wanted it fixed. He ultimately agreed to do the work and did the plumbing fix after being rude to our contractor on the phone. He also left the drain unfinished so my husband had to clean up after he left.

I was quite happy with his work. Unblocking and clearing the pipe did not take the full hour. He used the remainder of the hour to flush all the waste back down the pipe once it was clear. The only thing I would suggest is when moving items out of the gunk on the floor, to ask the resident about where she/he wants the soiled items to go. He placed a few of the items in a bag that looked like a bag that already had trash in it, but the stuff wasn't trash.

Very well! I called at about 7:30am to set up the service. I was called back by 9am to let me know the tech was on the way. The service was completed by 10am. The tech did a good job, cleaned up after himself, and they honored the 10% coupon. I am very happy with their service.

Great! It was a pleasure to have Tony at my home. A very nice gentleman and very professional. Snaked out my main sewer line from the yard to the street. Cleared out the backup and then he snaked back under the house to insure that was all cleaned out. A very professional job!

Great! He showed up on time and didn't take long. He did a beautiful job on the new drain assembly. The previous one had some pitting of the chrome. I also had a Y connector on my basement utility sink that my late husband had installed years ago. It had become somewhat clogged up with lime deposits and I tried to take it off, but didn't have the right equipment or the strength to remove it. I was afraid that I was going to damage the faucets. It took him minutes to remove and no damage.

Perfect! When I called, nice lady told me that they would try to respond same day or would definitely respond next day. Surprisingly, Mike responded in an hour or two after call to office. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. He corrected the primary problem, and then took on two additional tasks at our request. My wife called Mike, her "hero for the day!" This is second time we have used Aries, and we will continue to use and recommend.

Company was very responsive. I called late on a Friday night after seeing a water spot on my ceiling. I pulled the toilet out over the weekend and the company called me at 7:16 am on Monday morning. On Tuesday, Mike came out to look at my situation, he gave me an honest opinion on the damage and gave me several options to fix the issue and move forward. By Friday that same week, I had the problem fixed and a new toilet put in that I know was done with quality parts and work. I have never needed a plumber before, but now I have one I can trust for the next time I do need them.

It went well. Jimmy was on time, completed the job to the satisfaction of the county inspector.

Terrible. The workman left and when I went to the basement I found a HUGE mess left by Aries. Apparently the worker had pulled the snake up out of the drain once or more splattering "matter" all over a storage room in which the drain was located. There could have been either an effort to shield the room with plastic or to clean up after they made the mess. We contacted the owner asking for someone to come back to clean up the mess Aries left. They declined to take responsibility. No excuse for this.

Serviceman was very communicative, talked me through options when one drain was not simple. Also solved a long-standing issue with hot water service. Available same day which was important.

Jimmy was awesome as usual. Put my toilet in in no time. Always pleasant,efficient,attention to detail and and confident the work is done correctly. An expert in his field. Thank You to the office staff for scheduling me on short notice.
