Jimmy did a good job. Clean and professional.

Jimmy was friendly and did a great job on the installs. He was not familiar with the particular water filter we had purchased, so he took his time - even read the instruction manual! Both items are working great with no leaks to speak of. We will definitely use them again!

It went well. We will now be using them for our regular plumbing.

If anyone is looking for a capable plumbing company, look no further than Aries Plumbing. The technician Mitch, and his son, also named Mitch, came two weeks ago. They were courteous, on time, and most importantly very knowledgeable about the job they were doing. A few days later, my kitchen disposal stopped up and Tony from Aries was at my house within 2 hours. He, too, represents his company very well: courteous and knowledgeable. The pricing on both jobs was fair and I won't hesitate to call Aries again when I need a plumber in the future. Call Aries when you're looking for a plumber. They won't disappoint!

It went very well. Jimmy arrived right on the scheduled time. He was very efficient and polite. The work was completed quickly. I would definitely request him again.

Jimmy arrived on time, removed old faucet, replaced with new. Checked pipes and valves, and tested equipment. Very professional, and would definitely recommend ARIES to friends and family. Good service at a good price!

Jimmy came to my house about a week before to look at a toilet that would not stop running and a leaky bathroom faucet. He showed me a repair I could do myself on the toilet. As for the faucet, it is old and he stated that it would likely be easier to replace it than find a needed part. While he was there, I asked him about a problem we had recently with getting very hot water from both the hot and the cold water faucets. He looked around for a while and noted that he thought it may be a problem with the water heater as everything else appeared to be in order. We also noted that the water heater was about 16 years old and likely at the end of it's lifespan. He left an estimate to replace the bathroom faucet and replace the water heater. As we had had another plumbing company out prior who was unable to find the cause of the water problem and since the water heater would need replacing anyway, if that could be the source of our problem, we thought it was worth trying. Jimmy came back about a week later, he was prompt and went straight to work. He finished about 4 hours later. I had gone to work that morning and he called me prior to leaving the house and locking up. Everything looked great when I returned home and we now get cold water from the cold water faucet. I am very pleased with my experience from Aries plumbing. Jimmy was very friendly, and helpful and did great work.

Overall, I was satisfied. The scheduler and plumber were friendly and did their jobs well.

He was very early from my scheduled appointment. No one called, so he called outside my house but I was not ready for him. Overall he did a good job, quickly.

Mitch came, carefully assessed the situation, and made a recommendation. He was there primarily to assess and schedule a repair if it was too complex to be done in a short visit. I was leaving town soon, and he arranged to get the entire job done that day. It required a new toilet, but I was thrilled that the stack didn't have to be replaced. He was knowledgable, efficient, and when he left there was no mess as he cleaned up everything.

Called them on Wed. and they were here the next day. Arrived 2 hours later than scheduled but that was okay.The man was VERY Nice and was in and out pretty quickly. We liked him very much and would call him again.

Jimmy came in , was very professional and friendly. We showed him our concern,( a small water stain on kitchen ceiling ) and he went upstairs to inspect both bathrooms. He tols us what was need to be done, gave us a referral to call if we wished. We paid him with a check and he left. He was very professional and friendly to myself and my wife. We are very pleased with aries Plumbing.

The plumber was professional and thorough. My only complaint was at the cost. Apparently they charge by the job, not the hour, so what took only a half hour ended up costing much more than an hourly charge. Overall, however, they did a very good job. There may be cheaper plumbers, but these guys were top notch in terms of quality.

Went as expected. Cleared clogged drain quickly.

Aries came gave a bid then a start date. They came in one day and replaced all pipes that was needed to be done. They were very professsional. On time and clean. We couldn't ask for a better company experience.

I was happy with this work. Mitch arrived late, but did a good job. He was very friendly and clened up after the job.

I found my kitchen and guest bathroom sinks were totally clogged on Sunday night. I phoned Aries on Monday morning and spoke to Belinda who was kind and helpful. She logged my call and a few hours later Tony called me to announce that he was on his way. Tony was very professional and had my problem solved within a half hour - even with my curious dog stopping him from time to time for a pet. The experience was by far the best I've ever had with a plumbing company. I'm excited to know they will be my plumbers from now on as my house is rather old and will inevitably need more plumbing work. He fixed the clogged toilet, but was going to leave the toilet loose if I had not checked it.

Before having Aries come out we had another plumber come and try to fix the running issue and when that plumber left not only did he not fix the running issue but that is when the toilet became loose and would slide back and forth. The guy from Aries came and fixed it all! He also checked out another issue we were having with the bathtub in the same bathroom leaking into the basement. He explained how a simple fix (which we did) would correct the issue. He was very helpful and not out to rip you off like some... Several weeks later I also had a problem with the shower in the master bedroom and when I called Aries, the women who answered the phone told me what might correct the problem and gave me the option of using her suggestion or sending someone out. I did what she instructed me to do and it worked! I did mean to call her back and thank her for her help but I didn't follow through, so I guess I give myself a bad score! If we ever need any plumbing work in the future Aries is the only company we will ever call and will recommend them to everyone!

Pipe that runs along water heater was dripping a lot. When running washer it would back up into sink in laundry room then drain out in a couple of minutes. Called Aries on Monday they said be there Wed. but I said Thurs. would be better for me. The guy was here about 15 minutes early. ( First job of the day) He changed the valve on the hot water heat first. Then he ran the snake down the pipe in laundry room stack. The snake was 35 ft long and wasn't long enough. He called the office to get someone else that they contract out to. Next guy came out about 3pm. He had a snake 75 ft. He used it 3 times and pulled abunch of roots out. He couldn't use his cutter cause the pipe was too small to get it down. Ran washer a couple of time to see if it drain properly and it did. I use the coupon from Angie's list to get 15% off cause I was over 55 years old. Had to write a check for each guy and got 15% of each.

This was not an emergency call, and I made sure Aries (Belinda) knew that. Even so, they managed to get me on the schedule very quickly. They were on time, friendly and professional. Jimmy identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. The area was left clean and the new stopper works like a charm.

I called Aries Plumbing on Friday afternoon and was given an estimate over the phone by Belinda. She was very helpful and said whatever estimates that she was unable to give me over the phone would be given by Mitch when he came out. On Monday, October 1, 2012 Mitch came out to replace our broken outside faucet with a new freeze-proof faucet. He also gave us tips on how to finish the ceiling so the pipes will not get so cold and freeze in the future. We had some other work on which we wanted estimates. Mitch was very patient and explained the best way to do the work and gave us written work estimates. He broke down the jobs individually as we requested thus giving us the option to do one at a time or all at once. We are extremely happy with his work and also the ease and promptness of scheduling the service call and getting the work done. We will definitely be calling Mitch and Aries Plumbing for all our future needs and projects. They are very helpful, honest, and do a great job. Highly recommended by us!!!!!
