Horrible experience trying to deal with Aries Plumbing.

Mitch and his son Mitch were a great team. Very friendly and prompt for all appointments. They did a very professional job and always asked how we wanted something done that we hadn't thought about. For example, did we want our laundry sink anchored to the floor or not? (we did). We had them install a new kitchen faucet, hot water dispenser, new water and gas hook ups in the basement for the washer, dryer and sink. We forgot to have them do one part of the job (we forgot to ask) and they came back the next day to do it for us. I will certainly use them for all of our plumbing needs.

I scheduled a visit by Aries plumbing to first 1) fix a leaky tub/shower faucet and 2) a second shower which has had low water pressure for some time. The person who came out was very professional and knew what he was doing (had a very bad experience with another company in that was unable to repair the same problem). The work was completed efficiently and cleanly. Very satisfied.

It was well worth the price for what he did. He did it all in about a half an hour and was really professional. He was fun to be with and talk to. They even sent a Christmas card to me and that was nice of them. I thought the price was really reasonable and the quality of their work was very good. He was actually five minutes early and knew exactly what he was doing.

Plumber was able to replace the valve from the wall behind by cutting a 12 X 12 square in the drywall. That way we didn't have to go in through the tile. Overall maybe 5 hours from when he arrived to when complete. His first appointment of the day cancelled so he called to see if we were ready early which was nice.

Plumber was professional and did a great job. No more water seepage, value has a handle for on and off, and water flow to frig is great!

The serviceman was punctual and professional. He immediately discovered the problem and reattached the water line to the faucet connection.

Mitch and his assistant arrived promptly on time, reviewed the work to be done and got started. They needed to run hot and cold piping to a double utility sink in the basement. They used insulated PVC piping with two shut-off values on each. They hooked up two faucets, ran the drain pipe to the drain hole and attached to the concrete flooring, added extra screws to the sink to fully stablize it and leveled the sinks so they drained properly. They ensured that the piping running along the concrete walls did not touch the walls. All work was completed in an extremely professional manner and both Mitch and his assistant conducted themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times. Mitch charged us exactly what he'd estimated and on the low-end of the estimate. We would definitely hire them again.

Crews were very professional and accommodating. Actual work performed was as quoted with no surprises. If I could give a higher rating than Excellent on this review, I would. Great company and I look forward to using them again.

The technicians were very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. They showed up on time, were very friendly, got the job done in a timely manner, and left no trace when they were done. The quality of work was exceptional, and they were very thorough when answering my questions, explaining issues they found with the previous installations, and correcting those issues with the new installation. They have become my go-to company for plumbing work.

Great work. They gave a quick price over the phone with no hassle, came out asap and installed the water heater and the installation is very clean and an improvement from our last installation. The service man was friendly, kind and professional.

Flush valve in master bath toilet was not operating properly. Sometimes it shut off completely, other times leaked continuously. Because we were getting ready to be out town for a few weeks we wanted to have repaired before we left. Based on ratings on Angie's List I called Aries Plumbing. I described the problem and was given a firm quote to replace the flush valve. Unfortunately they were booked before we had to leave but agreed that I would call back later to schedule when we returned. Shortly after that I got a call that they had a cancellation and could make the repair the next day. The plumber, Jimmy, arrived on time, explained exactly what he was doing, was neat, clean professional and very personable. The work was completed quickly and properly. The valve works perfectly.

We had a great experience with Aries Plumbing. The women I spoke with at their office was polite, knowledgable and helpful, and the expectations that they set were met. Our plumbers, Mitch and Mitch, were great. They were professional, friendly and good to talk with. Mitch Sr. explained clearly what needed to be fixed and why, and they went to extra lengths to try to fix a damaged faucet. They were in and out in a reasonable time period and they did not leave a mess. We'll definitely use them again.

The service was very good from Belinda's help on the telephone to Jimmy's workmanship. Belinda set up my appointment and even worked to schedule our job at a time coinciding with the water company's availability. When Jimmy was 20 minutes away he called to let me know that he was on his way and he was friendly on the phone and very kind in person too. Jimmy showed me what he was going to do and told me what to expect and he diligently went to work, completing our job in about an hour. Jimmy cleaned up after himself and he did a great job overall, thanks so much for the great customer service!

Aries is always helpful. The person who answered my original call provided information so I wouldn't have to take a full or even a half day off of work to wait for a member of their team. Everyone was professional, helpful and very cordial. I am always impressed when I work with Aries and their team. Always.

Aires sent a technician to remove plumbing in my kitchen before a remodel. I was specific about what needed to be done. A quote was given and 50% was paid, as per the agreement. 7 months later, after the cabinets, floor and counter tops, and sink were replaced, I made an appointment for Aires to return and hook everything back up. I was told that it would be $550 more than the contracted price because I had been given an inaccurate quote! I showed the technician my invoice, which I had reluctantly paid in full even though the reinstall had yet to be completed. After about an hour of calling the office, the original technician, and the owner, the price was cut to $250. I am appalled at the bait-and-switch pulled by this company. I went ahead and paid the extra money because after 7 months I was very tired and frustrated with the entire process. I simply wanted to use my kitchen sink again. Aires also wanted to charge me a separate fee for hooking up the dishwasher, even though it stated that they would hook it up on my invoice. The original technician apparently cut and capped the pipes coming from the floor under my sink so that they were too short, causing additional problems. Needless to say, I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Exceptional service. Had s clogged sewer drain in my father's house. Called about 10:00 Christmas Eve for a non-emergency appointment fully expecting to wait several days after the holidays for an appointment. They told me that they could do it that afternoon. The repairman called within an hour telling us that he had received the order, that he had 1 call before us and would call when he left that appointment. He called a couple of hours later telling us that he was 20 minutes out and was on his way. Did an exceptional job. Was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Can not say enough good things about the service that was provided and the price was very reasonable.

Plumber arrived at 0900 exactly as estimated. After a brief inspection and shutting off water, he went to work. A fluid master flapper and supply line with a one year warranty was installed. He tightened packing nut on toilet shut off-no warranty. Job comleted and plumber was out the door at 0945. It was a great experience. The toilet was fixed and I received an estimate for the other two toilets. I will be using Aries for all my plumbing needs.

We first used Aries Plumbing when we needed an emergency plumber to come out and fix a broken wax ring on a toilet. Belinda was very kind on the phone and scheduled me for the next day. Mitch did a great job. Though it was a last minute appointment, and his truck broke down on the way back from going to get parts, he was still able to completely replace the toilet. Mitch went above and would've by taking care of other minor plumbing issues I had saved up. He replaced a flapper in another toilet, cabled the shower drain, and gave an estimate and advice on two other shower faucet issues. He spent time explaining things, and was very kind to me and my animals. I have since used them for a sewer clog and they came out the next day (I was not able to reach them for emergency service) and Tony did a fine job except I wish he would have covered up our belongings next to the drain with a tarp to avoid splatter. So far, Aries has been a good plumber for us and we will be using them again!

Showed up right on time, answered my questions and was very professional. Will use them again, probably soon.

Well, Mitch showed up on time with his son, also named Mitch, who he was clearly mentoring. This was a new house to us (we bought it 4 years old) He went right to the bathroom and checked the seal on the closet flange and told us that no, that wasn't the issue. He said everything looked fine from that, including the 'other' thing that it could have been..said there was no issue. Wow. Complete honesty. Super great. His son and he checked our stacks to show us where there might be smell building up. He gave us a detailed explanation of how the stacks were working and what was going on with the flow. He gave us tips and tricks to solve the issue which were all home remedies like flushing with hot water and using a peppermint oil which should help with the smell. All in all, he checked the other bathrooms for the smell to make sure it wasn't coming from another one of those places and we just weren't aware of it. He also pointed out places to us where we might potentially have issues (i.e., sinks with no overflow that may have had buildup), etc. Just showing us things that we wouldn't have noticed since the house was relatively new to us. So, we were just charged for the service call since he found no issue. Mitch and his son were pleasant, honest and made us feel like we were 'partners' in the mainteance of things and gave me security that if there was a serious issue, we knew who to call to make sure it is done correctly. I feel very comfortable calling Aries Plumbing and hope that we would get Mitch again if we needed anything.

We are very happy with them and would use them again. They sent the same repairman as the last time, Jimmy, who was very helpful and informative.
