My wife and I have been rehabbing and renting one property per year. I've used Aires for the last three years. The first two years they replaced all in/out plumbing. This year I just needed them for some finish work after replacing the kitchen cabinets/counter/sink. I also added a disposal and dishwasher. I've gotten to know Vern and LeOnna over the years. I called the office and talked to LeOnna (always a pleasure) and she had Vern called me to discuss what I needed. Vern called and I told him what I needed. I had ther sink installed in the counter and had the disposal and dishwasher pre-wired.. Aires had to supply the copper pipe/fittings, 3 shut-off valves and pvs pipe. Vern understood exactly what I wanted and quoted a price. I then ask for my senior discount, my frequent customer discount and my 'twist-your-arm' discount and he came down on the price. We agreed on the price and he told me to call LeOnna to scheduled a date. I hid a key outside the house, called LeOnna (Tuesday 10/1) for an appointment and scheduled (for Monday 10/7). She said they may move it up if their guys can work it in. LeOnna called me (Wednesday 10/2) and said the were on the way to do the work. I told her to have Curt call me when he was done. Curt called when the work was done. I asked him a couple of questions. I told him to leave the key on the counter, lock the door knob and pull the front door close and have LeOnna call me for payment. LeOnna called, I paid her using a debit card. It is always easy dealing with Aires. Propmt doing quality work at a fair price. My sister-in-law is currently getting a bid for a re-hab project based upon my recomdation.

Darren was efficient and persistent to get the jobs done. He identified the problem with the kitchen faucet, located a store where the item could be purchased, replaced the valve which became problematic since it was not easily removed, and stayed until the job was complete (flat rate versus hourly rate). He inspected all toilets, and advised us as what was needed. We opted to have one toilet completely repaired to see if that made a significant difference, before proceeding with the other repairs (again, flat rate versus hourly rate). The trip/diagnostic charge was subtracted from the price of the repairs (parts and labor) with a !0% Angies list discount. The office was efficient in scheduling the repair and made reminder calls the day before the service.

First, the plumber from Aries (Jimmy) arrived on time. We discussed the options for accessing the necessary pipes and connections. For best access and for preserving tiles in shower, it was agreed that the plaster wall on the outside wall of the bathroom would need to be entered. The faucet assembly, pipes, valves etc were installed. No visible damage was done to the bathroom tiles. Very thorough clean up was performed and no debris was left. Also, we received a discount because we are members of Angie's List. The shower is functioning very well-no leaks, no drips. We are very pleased. This is the second time we have called Aries and will continue to do so in the future.

I had a broken faucet the weekend before Thanksgiving. This company sent someone out on a Saturday morning and provided excellent service at a great price.

Another good experience with Aries. I called about a plumbing problem on Tuesday and the repair was done on Thursday. Very happy with their work!

Plumber was on-time and courteous. Price was laid out in advance and exact. The plumber worked neatly installing the unit, tested it and was friendly. Great experience.

After we all realised that the problem was not the water main, everything was finished very quickly.

I was in a bind. An inspection of the main sewer line into the house I was selling by the buyers inspector found that the line was cracked in several places. They buyers wanted the line repaired as a condition for buying the house. I had no idea what it would cost. The possible cost of digging up our basement, pulling out an old sewer line and its branches, and replacing it, and then filling in the hole was scarry. I decided to use Angies List to find the best plumbing company I could to do it. I had not hired a plumber for a big job in years and was not happy with the plumber I used at that time. My search centered on Aeries Plumbing. I contacted Aeries and told the lady on the phone the story above. She set up an early date for her estimator to come out and look at the old sewer line. He came as scheduled took a thorough look, made measurement, asked me pertinent questions, and said they would send us a detailed proposal as soon as possible. They sent what I believe was a very thorough and reasonable proposal. Unfortunately, for Aeries Plumbing, the buyers opted for a cash change in the selling price instead. The only benefit Aeries Plumbing may get for their effort is if the buyers decide to use them. So, even though they did not get the job, they made a great impression on me, which means that I will try them first, when I do need plumbing work at our new house.

Jimmy was super! He worked neatly, quickly, and completed the job as per estimate. Also gave me a 10% discount for being an Angie's List customer.

Out of the three plumbers that I called from Angies list, this one is the only one that sent me an estimate after the assesment was done. I thought the prices were a little high but I really appreciate the follow through and the professionalism.

Darin arrived exactly on time, did the complete job in a timely manner. He was friendly, professional, answered all out questions and cleaned up completely, leaving the bathroom clean as it was when he started. Would defiantly use this co. again!

On April 4th, Jimmy installed the new bathroom vanity faucet the fastest and easiest way I have ever seen. Jimmy told me why the tub/shower faucet cartridge froze up and needed to be replace and what I needed to do to prevent it from happening in again in the future. I am very happy with Jimmy?s work; he is also the one who recommended the ToTo toilets to me. On April 12th, both plumbers, one installed the toilets and trim and one installed the basement copper tubing and new shower valve, answered my questions and did very good work. All of the Aries plumbers were, on time, very professional, and cleaned up after themselves.

They came and gave me an estimate. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I would understand. The company?s bid was right in the middle and so I went with the least expensive bid.

I was very impressed with Aires. They called back promptly, scheduled a time to perform the work, and arrived on time. The problem with my stack that had worried me for some time was assessed, and corrected before the end of the day. In addition, Aries communicated with the roofers so that flashing was placed around the stack pipe stopping the leak in my bathroom. The price was fair, especially since the repair required climbing into a tight spot under the roof on a very hot day. I would certainly call Aries again.

We have used their services before for the replacement of a water heater. It worked out great. They’re reasonably priced, prompt, and professional. I’m happy with the work and everything was good.

Prompt and efficient service at a fair price

The project was to start on a Monday but two workers called in sick. Same thing happened Tuesday. My husband talked to owner and he assured us the project would start Wednesday and it did. The workers were fast and got work done in one day less than quoted. One thing that could have been better is that the workers could have been more respectful of our property. They smoked close to our house and were asked to move away since windows were open. Also, when I returned home the gate to our fence was left open when it is always closed.

The best thing was that the guy told us how to maintain all the drains in the house, so they don't back-up anymore. We had plumbers coming up regularly and Aries Plumbing told us how to maintain it, so we didn't need anybody. They were professional and got the job done. They took the time to educate us, so we would be better consumers that we don't see very often. They have prompt response and they do a good work. We got other properties, so we have been using them as our primary plumber for our other rental properties.

Great . I was told what the charges would be when I phoned for service, and service was provided the same day. I had had both of these drains worked on by another plumbing company and the results were poor. The guy from Aries was persistent in his efforts and got these drains snaked clear. Loved their service.

The whole crew were great, starting from Vern, Curt and everybody in the office. They even called me to do it one week ahead of schedule since they had a cancellation. Curt clean up the whole back patio when he was finish, and everything was done in 1 day. Thank you again !!!

He was a great. After checking our fixtures he decided we on needed to replace one shower head, but both fixtures needed to be replaced. He explained everything to me and did not leave a mess when he was finished.

The were on time. It was repaired in less than 30 minutes with no mess. It was a pleasant experience. I told the plumber I did not know it could be done so quickly and without yelling and wrenches flying out of the bathroom door. Just kidding but not really . The nice part was the bill was less than quoted when I set the appointment. I was called back to confirm appointment and also called about 30 minutes before he arrived.. I would definitely use them again.

Aries Plumbing had been at my building last December for another repair and at that time gave me an estimate of $349 for the repair performed on 5/31/2013. Both times the plumber was prompt, courteous, and did a great job of fixing the problem. I would recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. Aries doesn't charge by the hour, but charges a flat rate per job. This is great because you can budget your costs knowing that an extra hour to do something right isn't going to cost you a lot.
