They are very conscientiousness. They are very helpful as far as you know what you want. They try to give you what you want. They had to do a lot of pipe work this is old pipe and they had to put in lot of new pipes, that was good. They were great. I would use them again.

I last used them at the end of January. They charged me around three hundred dollars to unstop some drains. I was pleased with the service. For the work that they did, I did not think the price was too extreme. The serviceman that they sent, he took his time and as far as I know he did a good job. He was an older gentleman. They had a cancellation and called me to tell me that they would be coming to my house a bit sooner.

The plumber noticed that it wasn't correctly installed before, and was surprised that it hadn't leaked. He fixed easily diagnosed and fixed the problem for us. It will be nice to not have her bathroom smell like sewer any more! This is our fourth time to use Aries for plumbing needs. There's a reason we keep calling them - they do good work in a timely manner.

My kitchen faucet met itsdemise on a Saturday evening. On Monday morning I purchased a new faucet. I called Aries plumbing from the parking lot at the plumbing supply store. Less than two hours later,Jim from Aries Plumbing was at my home installing my new faucet. This is my third experience with this company. I am running out of superlatives to describe their service.

This is the second job I had for Aries. I was very happy with the previous work they did so I didn't even bother looking elsewhere. In my master bathroom the sink already had pvc pipe with the exception of the pipe that comes directly out of the wall. It was still metal. It had white crusty stuff on it so I knew it was only a matter of time before it started leaking. I believe it was Jimmy that came to do the work. We had some snow on the ground that day and as soon as Jimmy entered the house he put his footies on so he didn't track anything into the house. Jimmy is a great guy, very friendly and the work done was exceptional including the cleanup. He even cleaned up some stains left under the sink from some previous leakage. He left nothing behind and you would never know he was there except for the new pvc pipe and connector coming out of the wall. His parting comment was "That will be working well there long after we both are long gone." Nice to know that's one thing I won't ever have to deal with again. Well done Jimmy and Aries!

He looked at a leak in my bathroom sink in the flexible tubing that was leaking, after he turned off the water. Since Price-Pfister parts can only be bought from the company, he couldn't replace the part, but he did shut off the water and remove the flexible tubing that was leaking.

Replaced sill c*** shutoff that had frozen and broke over 2013 winter.

Furnish and installed 40 gallon hot water heater with expansion tank. They have worked on every issue I have had since 2006. My home is 48 years old so there were several issues over the years. One employee called Jimmy was a very pleasant person and knew his job very well.

This was the 2nd time we have used Aries Plumbing. They came out the day after we called. We had the 4 boiler faucets near the washer replaced, a new freeze proof outside faucet installed, & they replaced a section of copper tubing and reconnected our ice/water dispenser on our refrigerator. Very professional and did a very nice job. Darren came out this time, and listened to me explain and show him what we wanted even though I didn't know the terms for what I needed done. Everything was completed in a timely manner and was left neat & clean. We will definitely use Aries again. They do a great job. Thanks Darren & Aries Plumbing!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Aries. The bid process was quick and painless, they got us on the schedule quickly and went above and beyond to avoid having to remove existing walls to complete the work. They arranged all the permits and follow up inspections. A less trustworthy person could have told us that we needed to replace all of our piping but Vernon was honest about what piping we had and came up with a stepped plan to figure out our pressure issues and keep costs low. It was greatly appreciated and I won't hesitate to contact them in the future if we need plumbing work.

I called mid-morning on the 1st and they had someone out to our house within 1 1/2 hours even though I did not request emergency service. It was a clog located way behind our laundry room and took Tony over 2 hours of working with a snake to get to the clog. He said it was one of the most difficult he had seen but he stayed with it until it was completely clear.
