Description of Work: Mr Arens and crew arrived on time; arranged permits; arranged stop/start service w/Ameren - removed a 3 story tall cedar tree - came back to grind out the stump the following day.

Description of Work: Removed very large tree close between two houses. Job done extremely quickly and professionally. Site cleaned up street swept up and crew gone in just over an hour. Very satisfied they had the equipment and well trained crew who gabled a difficult job safely and quickly. Having said all that I called them several times this year for another job and did not even receive the courtesy of a call back. So a similar job as before went to another tree company.

Description of Work: Arens came to my home and gave a bid. They were higher than others but seemed much more professional. Since the job involved taking out a rather large tree between two houses I chose the more professional company. They arrived as planned and took down the tree. The whole project from start to finish took just over an hour and when they left you could hardly tell anyone had been there. They ground up the old tree and cleaned up the street. Warm your neighbors there will be some noise as their tree chipper is the size of a jet engine and makes more noise.

Description of Work: Another job completed by the crew trimming, done in a couple of hours.
