ARCO CONSTRUCTION CO

ARCO is a fire and water restoration company. We used them to repair extensive fire and water damage to our home last summer. They were listed as a preferred contractor through our insurance company so I decided to use them since their work would be guaranteed for two years by the insurance company. They responded immediately to the call from the insurance company and were at my house the very same day the fire occurred. They were even there before fire crews had all left our property. They came and boarded up windows and tarped the roof in order to secure the house and keep it from getting any further damage in the event of rain. Over the next three months I was in constant contact with various members from the company including the owner, job site foreman, carpenters, painters, and cleaning crew. They were all very polite and professional. The work that was performed was top notch in all aspects and they dealt directly with the insurance claims department whenever any problems arose. The work took slightly longer than anticipated, but it was explained to me that some of that comes with obtaining permits, awaiting inspections and dealing with the insurance claims process. All in all, I was very pleased with the work that they did and the professionalism they exhibited. Our house looked better after the fire than it did before.
