Description of Work: We were remodeling our house with some structural changes and needed an architect. ARBA was recommended since they specializing in light commercial and residential architectural design with a particular focus on sustainable (green) design/build principles. Although over the holidays, he met with us as soon as our schedule permitted (and waited patiently since we were late 30 minutes) and provided a proposal within the week after the walk-through of the desired changes. he was very thorough and climbed up to the attic to provide a more accurate estimate. The grade of "B" for price is because they are higher than average since this is newer technology and you get an expert for this specialized architectural green design.
