The Board of Equalization readily accepted his appraisal and comparison properties. My teleconference with the BOE took 9 minutes and they reduced the amount of my increase by 54%. I will definitely hire Jason again when the reassessments come out. He knows his business, is very nice, prompt and easy to work with.

Good price. The appraiser came out the next day and I had the appraisal two days later. Found 3 comps that were in the neighborhood and had similar sale prices. Recommend highly. This gave me a fair value that once I set my listing price to close to it got much more attention in the market for my property. Agents don't always give a good estimate of what your home is worth. Get an appraisal as a second opinion.
