First let me say that I have dealt with The Apple Store at the Galleria for years. At one time I was so pleased with their service that I took the whole store fresh cookies. This current story began 5 days ago. I entered the Apple Store, was created and provide with a sales person. I did not bring in my original MacBook Pro 17 inch, a computer that I wished to replace with a MacBook Pro 13inch if space allowed. I should have brought in my computer. I expressed to the sales person that I had approximately 10,000 photos and 7000 pieces of music. Somehow I ended up with a computer that did not work well for me. I came in a second day to exchange it for one that would accommodate. I was given a MacBook Air with what I hoped was the appropriate storage space. I did a migration of all files and information. I received a notice upon the screen that the computer did not have enough space to accommodate the migration. I went to the Apple store a third day and exchanged the computer for a MacBook 13" with what was meant to be appropriate space for the migration. I took with me my 17" Macbook Pro from which migration was to take place. Due to the hassle and time that I had unnecessarily expended I asked them (the Apple Team) to make the migration. They agreed this. I received a call the following day expressing that my MacBook Pro 13" was ready to be picked up - the migration done. I went in to pick up the computers, looking forward to getting home and using my new Mac. Once home I opened my new MacBook 13" to find that nothing had changed. There was no appearance of a migration. The most important things that I wished migrated were my 10,000 photos and Microsoft Office 4. I have at home a Microsoft Office disc licensed for one more download of Microsoft Office 4 to a new computer. As a result I called and spoke to an Apple supervisor (whose name is in my head) expressing my confusion and displeasure. He did not offer to speak with the technician who did the migration, instead he told me that their was a $99 fee for this service. Then he suggested that maybe the files were somewhere else hidden. Why would 10,000 photos be hidden somewhere other than iPhotos. So far after (at this point I have lost count) 4-5 visits to The Apple Store all related to the purchase of one computer, I have no satisfaction. I am currently migrating my own information. I hope it works. Meanwhile after many years of quality service from The Apple Galleria Store, I can honestly say that quality of service no longer exists. This lack of service translates into a lack of professionalism. As all fields must be filled, let me reiterate that the service fee of $99 was waved. Unfortunately I will HAVE to use this provider in the future. I checked off "NO" in relation to future usage because after this encounter, not using Apple at the galleria is a choice, not a reality.
Description of Work: It is very difficult to tell if the provider did anything. I do not think that they did, but after calling the company and speaking to a supervisor I still do not know.

I said it all above - how much can you write about picking up an iPad that went perfectly??
Description of Work: Ordered an iPad on my iPhone app - they said they had stock, held it for me until I got there. Took about 5 minutes. Pretty simple! Worked like a Swiss watch

It's a good place. They're very knowledgeable of their products. The quality of their items are excellent.
Description of Work: I bought my computer at Apple and they do my repairs and inspections. Last Christmas I bought an Ipad from them. I've had one on one classes too for some instructions.
