ANTHONY APPLIANCE

We had two older clothes washers, neither of which was working. Anthony (son of "Bill" who has retired and was a GREAT repairman) was uninterested in our description of problems with either washer and unwilling to offer any advice on which was the better machine to examine and repair. He then proceeded to challenge my husband, and finally me, by telephone, and continually changed the amount estimated to provide any service and/or replace a part in the machine we decided to repair. He was arrogant in tone and style, totally unprofessional in customer service language and approach, and when asked to write out the parts warranty on the invoice, since we had only his verbal "guarantee", he took offense that we "did not trust him" (his phrasing). He was generally extremely difficult and unprofessional. We will never use him again. Too bad because his father had built a fine reputation of service and repair.

They came within 24 hours of my call, and I just thought that they provided a great service for their price. They were very kind and responsive. They were clean and neat, and the price they charged was fair.
