He was good and went out of his way to help us. He kind of exceeded the expectations that one would have for real estate agents. He accommodated our schedule and offered any amount of time that we needed. He took extra visits to the house if there was something we wanted to know. He would go to the house and report back to us quickly if we had any questions or concerns. He was always available by phone throughout the entire process. He was very reliable and he was the one who set us up with Angieslist and also gave us a free one year subscription. He also did other things above and beyond. He was a very trustworthy guy and completely honest with us. He was in this business for a very long time and was incredibly knowledgeable.

The thing I like most about her is that she is no nonsense. She is very basic, she is not going to tell you that your house is worth more then it is. She is very realistic. She is not going to try to float your boat. She is very helpful walking thru the house to let you know what you need to do to get it ready for show. She is very knowledgeable and if I e-mail her she gets right back to me.
