I was very happy with them. The cleanup was good, the work was done very quickly. They worked in some high heat, but they were finished all in one day.

I was very satisfied with the work performed. He was very upfront about the wait involved due to the high level of repairs ahead of mine and that was fine with me. The work was completed quickly once the rain finally stopped !

It went well. We haven't had a lot of rain, but so far the repair has not leaked. I liked their 7 year guarantee. They were very responsive & fixed the roof within a few weeks after their quote. Many companies quoted us months before they could fix our problem. I used an Angies List coupon, which really helped. Dealing with Russell was nice. He called & emailed us with updates. He was very honest about what was needed to fix our roof, which was refreshing. We have had bad experiences in the past with other roofers who try to add on unnecessary work to increase the bill. When we need other roofing work, I will call Andres first in the future.

This was a fabulous experience--the best contractor we've ever experienced in our 20 years of owning this home. We selected Andres Roofing after interviewing 5 long-established local roofers. We had a great feeling from the beginning because John Andres was very low key in explaining what needed to be done and why. He was very informative, kind and caring. In addition, Andres offers a 7 year labor waranty whereas others only went up to 5 years. Upon arrival the supervisor introduced himself and the others. He invited questions at any time, and believe me, I am curious with lots and lots of questions. The crew did not take breaks, except for lunch. They arrived between 6:45-7AM and someone was usually here until 4:30. All the crew members exhibited good business manners--there was no smoking on our property, no music and no improper conversation. They worked well together--just like a surgical team. I am so impressed. Debris was removed at the end of each day. My husband and I are totally satisfied and hope you'll call Andres if you are reading this note.

I was willing to wait because he came well-referred to me. They completed it in one day. It was a really hot day here. I was very impressed. They were able to answer any of my questions. They cleaned up everything completely. The cleanup was perfect. They went over the grounds with magnets to make sure that ever nail was removed. It was a great experience. They were a great company to deal with.

Excellent service. John Andres came out the day after I called, inspected the hail damage, and had an estimate for me in a few days. He kept in touch as I worked through the insurance paperwork. They were booked up because of all the hail damage in the area, so John warned me it might be July before they could get to my roof. In the end he called me in late June to let me know they could be out the next day. The crew got all the work done in one day, even with the extreme heat, and stayed until almost 9pm to get everything done and cleaned up. The gutters were finished a week later. Everything looks great.

What a great experience! My house was on the market as I had relocated to Chicago. The storms hit and severly damaged the roof. I was able to do the work with Andres Roofing entirely on the phone. They went out and gave me an estimate, faxed it to me, and called me to review it. They worked with me to get it completed as quickly as possible since I was trying to sell the house. The work was done on time and I had my boyfriend inspect it. They did a great job! The only thing that I could complain about is that they left some debris (nails, etc.) in the yard.

The Andres crew arrived this morning and introduced themselves and got to work. And within six hours, I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. I was impressed that one of the crew came down off the roof to show my son the equipment used. A very professional crew that spoke English. I was also impressed that John was going to get back to me with lien wavers and to collect the money at a later time. I assumed they would want a check prior to leaving the property. The work went very well from the estimate which was delivered promptly and they stayed in touch when scheduling the start of the work. They showed up when they said and completed the work on time.

Everything went great.. we were not in any rush as the weather was not cooperating.. and then schedules were not cooperating so it did take awhile to get started... but once it was time, the roofers swooped in like a tornado... and were in and out in one day... BAM new roof... hahah The Gutter guy took a bit longer.. I believe it was 3 days actually... but hey fine work, takes time and we didn't mind because we wanted them to do their finest work!! And they did!! Beautiful, Beautiful!!! Gutters, Soffit and Facia... I think the only thing we "wished" would of happened, would of been for John Andres and Brookes to perhaps come back out to the house after it was all said and done and inspect the work and give us a chance to thank them in person!! That would of been the icing on the cake of great customer service.... :) Thank you guys!! You have no idea how much this has blessed us!!! Just amazing!!!! Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!

His crews were very prompt and polite. In tearing off the existing roof, replacing bad plywood, and installing new Certainteed shingles the workmanship was very professional. They did an excellent job in cleaning up and hauling off debris. Andres Roofing came highly recommended and I would be happy to refer them.

They are very professional. I would give them an A grading. They were very easy to work with. They gave me a fair price and were very accommodating. They came when they said they would, did the job and cleaned up after them selves. They did a good job and I would use them again.

We originally signed the contract last fall and were told that they would not be able to replace our roof until the spring. They were so busy due to all the hail and storm damage around St. Louis in 2011 that we would have to wait for 2012 for our roof. We did have an ongoing roof leak and some flashing by our chimney had been blown up in a storm and the owner came out and repaired those things to get us through the winter at no charge while we waited for the new roof. Once March arrived we got a phone call that we were next! They showed up promptly at 7am and got to work right away. When we arrived home from work they were wrapping up for the day and cleaned everything up with over 1/2 the roof already completed. The next day they were back at it and were done sometime in the afternoon. After 2 quick days we had a beautiful new roof that was installed very well! Everything looks great and the owner came out once more with the magnet to find any wayward nails when he stopped by for the check. We are very, very satisfied and cannot recommend them enough. They were not the lowest bid, but by far not the highest and they did quality work.

Andres Roofing did a fantastic job. The crew was very professional and efficient. They encounterd multiple rotten boards on my porches and they did a great job replacing them and staying on schedule. I would recommend Andres to anyone in need of a new roof or roofing repairs.

Mr. Andres and his son were extremely accommodating during scheduling and appeared the first day in person while the site was prepped. The workers were extremely polite and our roof looks great. They made the bid process easy, gave an honest and upfront estimate and timeframe and worked around our schedule when circumstances demanded (the baby was a week early). When the job was completed they cleaned up our yard like they had never been there. We continue to recommend this company to anyone who has a roofing issue. The price was in line with all other bids, if it was more it was worth it. We had a bad experience with another contractor on another issue around this time and we appreciate the professionalism of the Andres even more as a result.

They did a terrific job. They were very honest with their diagnosis. They got up on the roof and showed us where the holes were in the roof.

We had a recommendation from our neighbors for Andres Roofing when we had damage to some of the shingles after a storm a few years ago. They fixed the damaged part of our roof for a very reasonable price and did not try to sell us anything else. This happened twice. When it was time to replace the roof I got 3 bids including Andres. The Andres bid was in the middle, and since they had dealt with us fairly in the past, we decided to go with them. While I was looking at shingle options at the wholesaler, the man helping me asked me who was going to do the work. I told him "Andres." He said that Terry Andres was the best in the business and that he would choose him also. I am sorry that it took me so long to submit this report. I did not realize that I had not done so. I have recommended Andres to several of my friends, and I will use them again for any roof problems in the future.

Very excellent service. Good communication. Showed up when they said they would. Used shingles on roof that were left over from original roof, but were not enough. They had to match shingles with new shingles, since our shingles were discontinued. Used the older shingles on front of home so it looked nice. Can't tell it has been repaired. Excellent work. Cleaned up afterward -- looked like they had never been there. Finished during window of time they proposed. Guaranteed work for five years. It has now been a year and have had absolutely no problems with the roof. Enjoying a dry home during rainstorms.

I called Andres Roofing in Jun to obtain an estimate on replacing some rotten wood on our deck roof. The wood rotted probably due to a shoddy roofing product used by another company 6 years ago. John Andres looked over the project and provided a very fair estimate, as promised, in a very timely manner. He explained in detail how the wood used when the original deck was built (20+ years ago), was the wrong thickness for the amount of spacing between the support beams and that the wood was actually applied in the wrong direction making it a very weak roof which I was unaware. Delays in concrete patios being poured due to all the rain we were receiving caused me I had to delay the roof replacement in which John was very understanding. Once the patios were completed, I called John to schedule the roof replacement. John and Russell kept me informed as to when they would be able to complete the job since the scorching heat in our area had limited their working full days. John and Russell showed up to work at the exact time promised. Russell did an EXCELLENT job explaining what he was doing and why, as well as answering any questions that I had during the process. He actually went above and beyond by fixing a couple of places that he saw needed repair, i.e. nail down some flashing, tightened the gutter, etc. with no extra charge. Complete clean-up and removal of all debris was done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with pleasant, professional and respectful gentlemen! I would definitely use this company again for any roofing project and will recommend to anyone I know that needs this type of service. Thanks guys!!!
