Adam Scott of Anchor Masonry came to my house and provided a written bid for performing whole house tuck-pointing. I met Adam while he was working on a home up the street from my house. I had noticed his work in the neighborhood and was impressed with the quality of his work. He was very professional, and explained the process he would use to perform the work. I found him to be very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Although his bid was competitive, for economic reasons I went with the least expensive contractor. But based on my interaction with Adam and the quality of his finished work, I would highly recommend that others consider him for any masonry work needed

Really great experience! Adam's proposal was very specific so the scope of work was clearly spelled out and the price was competitive. He was onsite every day and did much of the work himself. He's very detail orientated and took his time with my house. I felt like he was treating my house as though he owned it himself. The project turned out great. Adam and his crew cleaned up every night and made sure to keep me up to date on how the project was going. It took a bit longer than we'd thought but I'm very happy with the results and the experience of working with Adam and his crew. I just wish his company could do my roof and painting now!
Description of Work: Anchor Masonry's owner, Adam Scott, came out to do the proposal for tuckpointing one full wall of my two story house and spot tuckpointing much of the rest including two walls from the parapet walls down to the upper window sills and one section of rear wall. One wall required working above a glass solarium room which other masons had balked at tackleing. The project called for grinding out the joints, reapplying the mortar mix and then acid washing the walls.
