American Water Treatment

The driver that had the key left for another job and did not return the key to the company. A new driver came out the following month but could not get in. They did not call or try to contact us about obtaining another key. They continuied to bill us for 4 years but were never doing any service. When we had a problem with our equipment, we noticed that it had not had any chemicals added for over 4 years. We contacted the company and were told that they were unaware that no one was doing the service. We asked for a refund of our money and were offered $2,000. After much negotiation and getting attorney's involved we settled for a refund of $2,750. We were still out about $1850.00 but to sue in court would have cost more than that. This company is dishonest and I would never do business or refer them to anyone.
