Their paper work was sloppy. They had to come out multiple times to measure. They were very slow throughout the process. One person that came out left trash all over the place. The next person tracked dirt and rust in the home. I asked them to please use the backdoor and I unlocked it for them, and he still walked through the middle of my house. They were rude and completely unprofessional. They were contracted by American Home Shield Program. The receptionist mixed up my work order and ordered work to be performed other that of actual work needed per the technician. This caused several issues and delays in its self. We had just finished the floor in the basement and I asked them to use a tarp and they informed me they do not have any and that I should get used the mess. They were extremely uncooperative. They were sarcastic and even went as far as insulting myself and my home. It was absolutely a terrible experience from start to finish.
Description of Work: They were hired to replace a/c coil and also to repair a crack in the coil pan. (it was rusted and leaking.)
