I have used this company twice for dumpster services, yes they have the lowest prices up front but your weights are always over, which there is no way to verify the accuracy. Both times my dumpster was picked up earlier than discussed. Debbie was extremely rude the first time when my dumpster was picked up early and the second time Kevin lied and said someone called them to schedule a pick up. I was out of the country the entire time and I was the one that ordered and paid for it, so unless it was a clone no one on my end called them. I explained fully my position and Kevin could care less. The ethics and customer service I experienced from this company was POOR. It wouldn't surprise me if they lie to their customers about weight overages as well. I would not recommend. I would rather pay higher prices for better customer service and honesty. Ethics and customer retention is important it is the cornerstone of good business.

Very poor service. When I called the office, they started to try to blame me for the reason that my trash was not picked up two weeks in a row. I left a Google review head after I left the review and the owner of the company called and started threatening me. He stated that he had serious mental health Issues issues, and that he would assault me. It was the strangest interaction I’ve ever had with a company. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been a satisfied customer for more than two years. I have never had a dispute with them.

After billing and service problems with another company, I switched to American Eagle and am extremely pleased. Their customer service is great. When I have a question, I can actually speak pleasantly with someone one the phone. They pickup when scheduled and put the cans back nicely instead of flinging them into the yard. I have never had to call them because they skipped me on pickup day. They charge a flat rate with no hidden fees or fluctuating fuel surcharges. AND, yard waste pickup can be arranged on an as needed basis for $1/bag, without requiring a 3 month or annual agreement.

A MUCH IMPROVED EXPERIENCE OVER MY LAST PROVIDER IN TERMS OF PRICE, QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM AND CONSISTENCY OF SCHEDULE. AN ALL AROUND IMPROVEMENT AND I'M VERY PLEASED.
