+ -1 morePRIOR TO ARRIVAL, THEY GAVE A FEW FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALLS EARLIER IN THE WEEK TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT, GET DIRECTIONS, ETC. THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE INSTALLATION. THEY SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING SIMILAR SERVICES.
