+ 1 morePrepped house and deck for painting, power-washed where needed, hand-washed where needed. Sealed cracks & patched dents & holes. Painted exposed exterior areas of cinder-block foundation with masonry paint tinted to match our gutters & downspouts. Painted trim on dormers, doors and door sills with that same color. Painted body of house & dormers with our chosen main color. Painted old deck with opaque deck stain & sealer. Charles did an excellent job, worked with us extensively to help bill our insurance for their portion of the work, and worked with our schedules. We were delighted with his communication, dedication, and integrity.

+ 1 moreI had a really tight budget for this project so Charles and Matt worked with me to decide what really needed to be done and what could be left until later. They gave really solid advice that was focused on my needs and not on what worked best for them. They kept to their time frames despite several unexpected surprises and consulted with me when these surprises occurred. Charles and Matt were very easy to work with and I will definitely be using them again.
Description of Work: Charles and Matt remodeled the second floor of my 112 year old house. The master suite got a new closet which required drywall work, patching, and shelving. The walls were smoothed, patched, and painted. Badly damaged original trim was restored and painted. The foyer and halls were given a neutral faux finish. The back bedroom suite was also redone which involved repairing cracked walls and ceilings and painting.
