Everything’s turned out great with them. When they installed the system, it worked out well and they explained things well and honestly with providing options. They were very clean, professional and were in and out when they installed the irrigation system. They were one of three companies we received estimates from and other companies didn't reply reply. I would definitely recommend them.

I've used them a few times, and everything goes reasonably well. Scheduling the test itself was easy, and they did the test as requested. However, they asked for payment on the spot despite the fact they usually bill me after doing work, and I felt as though they should have asked whether or not I would be home during the test. This is an important question because the water to the system needs to be turned on if the homeowner isn't going to be there.

This company was excellent to work with. Materials were what we asked for, very cooperative staff. Everything was timely and went just as we were told it would go. After job clean up was also done professionally with no outstanding mess left behind. We were extremely satisfied with price and services, strongly recommend to anyone needing roofing work done for a good price and timely delivery.

We did go through a bad patch with a particular employee trying to resolve an issue with our sprinkler system. However, this particular individual has since left the company and the manager came in and quickly resolved the issue. We have had no problems with Allens apart from this one new and shortlived employee.

Steve gave me a very competitive bid. He came in 2nd place out of three bids. I liked his ideas and would have used him except that "options" like a remote rain sensor were included with the company that I selected. If I every do a project like this in the future I will definitely call Steve again.

I asked them to give a quote for two systems one in the front and the other in the back. I had lawn in the front first so had to do it first. They installed all the necessary infrastructure the first time around and when I finished the lawn in the backyard, they installed the sprinklers in the back. Couple of times they came back after installing to adjust the systems.

My scores tell you all about it. And there have been no call backs on their workmanship. Allen outdoor solutions did it right the first time, and did it perfectly the first time. I will call them if there is future work needed and will definitely refer them to any who ask me if I know of a company who does great work.

They're very professional. They cleaned up behind themselves. They did a fantastic job. I have a 7 yr. warranty with the manufacturer as well as Allen Outdoor. I would highly recommend them.

I love the color, the style being architectural, and the workmanship. I have not had any problems with leaking whatsoever.

The first guy that came out did the basic work well, but didn't line the heads up so that they come up at the same angle. Example, a relocated corner head should have popped up straight but instead was at a non-vertical angle. I called Allen back and they sent back a different person to properly finish the detail work at no charge. Other than having to make a second call, I was satifisfied with the work.

On time very professional. Came back when we have had questions . Seems like they want you to be happy and understand your investment. They have been excellent to work with.

The install went without a hitch but the scheduling of the fall shut off service was a nightmare.
