Description of Work: This was one of three companies contacted for bids for work to be done. The estimated value of the work to be done is $10,000 to $15,000. It was to include new patio under deck approx 900 sq ft on concrete, a versa lok wall and adding topsoil and plants, and burying of draing pipes. The company representative came out, was to get back with a bid. After 2 weeks and no response we called the company, they said they were waiting for info from a bobcat company , but when asked for the name of that company they said they did not know??. They were to call back, they never did. When the company originally came we asked if they were sure that this was the kind of work they did since it was mostly concrete and versa wall work, they said yest, but apparently this is not what they do as they never got back to us with a bid.

Description of Work: Allen came out to start my irrigation system and perform inspection services. They are always prompt and never try to up sell additional services. The service person started the system, programmed it and took care of any issues very promptly and without additional expense. I like them better than other services I have used and will continue to call them.
