Description of Work: Replaced bathtub faucet.

Description of Work: Roger Bates, owner, came out twice to do the work. First, he cabled the two drain tiles that were giving us the most problem. Determined that a line collapsed about 30' from house. He dug up the broken tile and I offered to remove the 10' balance and clean up two sites for repair. He offered the solution of repairing one of the broken tiles and adding a cleanout for future maintenance. He replaced the second break with schedule 40 pipe and cemented a catch basin to give ground water a better path for quicker drainage. This all took about 3-4 hours + materials. He was friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him. Considering this was more of an emergency for us than was really warranted, rain water gushing over a downspout drain and ultimately into my basement office needed to be addressed quickly. Roger was out in a day, assessed the problem, offered a reasoned plan for solution and got it done. What more could I want!!!

Description of Work: Overnight, we had a drain overflow in our basement. We called All Purpose in the morning. Roger returned the call promptly. He worked us into an already tight schedule and arrived when he said he would. He listened to my description of what had happened up to that point and then got to work. He snaked out a line. He was done in an appropriate amount of time. The drain runs freely now. There was not any attempt to upsale anything or to take advantage of my lack of knowledge or the situation.

Description of Work: My drain pipe was overflowing with water each time I ran a load of laundry. Call this agency on a Sunday afternoon and he came over within an hour to unclog pipe and gave suggestions for future prevention.
