All Purpose Sewer and Drain

It worked out just fine and we've had no further issues with it.

I'm an idiot about plumbing issues, so I was concerned that I could be easily taken advantage of. The business owner (sorry, I forget his name) arrived promptly, quickly identified the relatively simple problem, fixed it in 15 minutes, and didn't try to gouge me or convince me that I had major problems when I did not. I'll definitely use them for my future plumbing needs.

He did a good job and was prompt and efficient.

Hard to get appointment set up. I listed all available dates on the AL site, was told they would email or call me. I finally called 5 days later to make the appointment. Service was OK. Technician did not seem terribly interested in the work. He told me he would not fix one faucet because it was "cheap."

I purchased a "big deal" to have a small plumbing repair done. I was in need of a good plumber in general, and thought this would be a good trial run. I was very pleased with everything about the service. Roger responded immediately and was able to come out within a few days. He was very familiar with old plumbing and had no trouble with the repair. He was professional and friendly. I plan to have this company help with my next project.

Everything went great, they were running a little late on appt, called an inform me of running late. The work was cleaning out a floor drain, quick, fast, show him what i wanted done. No problem. I would hire this guy again, price was reasonable and fair.

It was great, he was always right on time, professional and did great work at a reasonable price.

Setting appointment convenient to my schedule was easy. Daniel provided the service arrived early, finished installation in good time. Cleaned up the area. Very pleased with this service.

They were fast and efficient. They discovered that we have a small hole in our fiberglass tub that we had not seen. They told me what the next steps would be-finding someone to patch the fiberglass hole.

We have used this company before to clear a drain. Called about plumbing repair and received an estimate prior to replacing a water heater. Company accommodated my schedule and called before arriving. Extra work was required to install the water heater to code which was done at no additional charge. Tech removed old unit and cleaned up .Very happy with work performed at a reasonable price.

I called Roger to clean out a sewer which was clogged up and he did a great job. He not only cleaned out the sewer but he cleaned out the mess the backup caused. We were also getting a smell out of our Kitchen sink and we asked Roger if he new what the problem was and when he saw how the pipes were installed, he said thats the problem. He came back on time completely changed out the pipes and there is now no more smell. My wife and I both thank Roger he did a great job. If I ever have another plumbing problem Roger willbe the one I will call.

Had a drain that was backing up sewage onto the basement floor and the problem was aggravated by the fact that the sump pump also empties into this drain. Needed help immediately and a co-worker recommended Roger and his company. I called him, explained the problem and he was at my house within 45 minutes. He and his co-worker cleaned out the drain within the hour and he also washed down my basement floor to get all the sewage off of it. He was very friendly and professional, explained what he was doing and everything is working fine now. We also discussed replacing some pipes that were corroding and have set up a time for him to do this work. Was thoroughly pleased with his work and would highly recommend him to others. He has definitely become my "go to" plumber.

Mr. Bates was punctual, professional and knowledgeable concerning my stopped main drain. He quickly identified the clean out ( did not think it was for my house - he knew how to quickly figure that out!) He "roto-rooted" the outside cleanout first to try and avoid dragging equipment into the house. From initial call to job completion was less than 3 hours.

I called another service company several times with no answer and then called this one after seeing their rating on Angie's list. Roger returned my call within 15 minutes and after discussing the after hours price, showed up in 30 minutes. I was extremely satisfied with his service and professionalism and taking the time to thoroughly clear the problem. Also I enjoyed speaking with his significant other whom he brought along as they had been en route to another job when I called. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

I talked to 3 different plumbers who gave me 3 different stories about what the problems were and how to fix them. My real estate agent suggested I call Roger, when he came, he told me specifics and details that I did not hear from the other guys, but everything he told me made sense. He had to break up the concrete in the basement floor to do the work, as he did I could see that it was just as he said it would be (contrary to what all the other guys had told me) and he did the work in one afternoon. I was in a time crunch and he worked me in to his schedule very quickly, was prompt and courteous and left the area extremely clean.

Roger came out on a Sunday evening with no problem.

Roger was wonderful. He returned my call promptly and was available the same day, but I wasn't, so he came the next day. He arrived early and patiently waited until I could get there from work. He easily found our problem and was able to fix it. Our 6lb dog thought he was wonderful and Roger threw his ball a few times and even brought him a cookie (with my permission of course). We will definitely be calling him again and I would highly recommend him. I have no more flooding in my basement, which is wonderful!

I called in the AM about our hot water heater b/c our it was not getting water hot and I needed it checked out ASAP. Roger was very prompt with his return call and very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, he was not able to get to our water heater due to his very booked schedule and he was very apologetic and gave me some great advice about what to look out for when having another person come. I would feel very comfortable calling him again should the need arise.

I've had Roger out once before and was impressed with his service, so I knew who to call when my basement drain was backing up. I left him a message and he returned my call within an hour. He was at my house about 45 minutes later. I was very appreciative of his responsiveness, knowing how many people are having similar issues with all of the rain we've had lately. He's very professional, prompt, courteous and always gives you straight-forward advice when asking questions. Not only that, but his prices are very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Service was provided in a timely manner. He explained all aspects of thje problem and the remedy. I will use him again when the need arises and wil recomend hime to anyone needing service.

Roger returned my call about 30 minutes from the time I made the initial call to his company. He said he would arrive about an hour later and that's exactly when he showed up. He was very friendly, polite and professional. The job went well even with the bulk of the sewer blockage problem about 90 feet from the house. He cleaned up and presented me with the bill. When he asked how I heard about him, I told him Angie's List, and he immediately took 15% off the charge. He's a keeper.

Called Roger to perform the work he'd previously recommended on tub drain. It's a vacant house so I got the keys to him, as he could do this job at his convenience. While there he noticed some other items that would not pass inspection, gave me a reasonable quote and advice on some other items. He performed the work he recommended and I'm taking his advice on another item. His helper trimmed cabinets on either side of the oven that would not fit in the space that another contractor didn't measure correctly for, and this was done at a reasonable cost too. I'd previously called him to clear a basement drain, he responded very quickly, completed that ugly job and the cost for that was equally reasonable. If I have a plumbing problem and it's in his capability to complete the job - he's my plumber forever.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. He was prompt, knowledgable, and efficient.

He got here quickly and on time. He was a super nice person and very friendly. He definitely checked things out and did a really good job. He looked from the inside, and then he went out into the yard and checked out the underground pipes. He cleaned out things in the yard. He was thorough. It was draining slowly and then it seemed fine. I told him that I found out about him through Angie?s List. On hearing this he gave me a discounted price.
